This is the worst USPS branch I have ever dealt with. I went in to drop off some packages, and the clerk was exceptionally rude. The employees were bickering back and forth. They acted like all the customers were an inconvenience. Granted, it is Christmas time, but I found it uncomfortable just being in the lobby. I had a package that was marked as delivered via tracking to my place of business, but it wasnt. I was there all day. When I called the USPS branch, they told me someone must have stolen it. I have a drop box in my door, and can see if anyone would have taken something. Totally unacceptable all around.

Im waiting on a package. This isnt the first time the mail person has pulled in my driveway, not made any attempt to get out of the vehicle, and then put it in reverse and leave. Even though there are two cars parked in the driveway. I watched one time while she sat at the mailbox and filled out a not at home notice. Ive told them before to just leave packages at the back door. These people are why the general public are anti- union, they live up to the negative stereotype.

On July 3, 2009 I mailed 4 boxes at this post office addressed with the same address and the same Zip Code. I didnt notice it at the time, but Clerk #09 miskeyed the zipcode for 2 of the boxes and sent them to 29828 instead of 59828. Since I was mailing them to myself, I know for a fact that one of those miskeyed boxes arrived at its destination- but the other box has not. This clerk is incompetant and I hold him responsible for losing my box.

The Indian lady is very rude and incompetent every time I go there. Shell be sweet as honey to the person in front of me but once it gets to me shes super rude and unfriendly. The only thing she ever says to me is about the dumb survey at the bottom. If it has to do with your customer service then yes maybe I should do that survey. She should be replaced with someone a little bit more friendlier. Or learn how to be friendly to everyone.

If I could give zero stars that would be my rating...Joe needs to learn who pays his salary...lost or stolen package at JFK/ISC claims it is not the postal service and asked me to please file a complaint against him...told me he wasted his time the last time and refused to be of any help when I called in the second time...not only is the postal service a total sham, this particular office is a complete mess.

The worst. Nora or Norma has been nothing short of rude every single time Ive been there. Its always a fight when I go in because I have some packages held there instead of going out for delivery. They always insist they are on the delivery truck, despite me saying and the package saying its held at the post office for delivery. Theyre always at the post office, it just takes an argument to pick them up.

I just left the post office in Wilmington OH. The Indian lady is SO RUDE. she is mean and not good at her job. she talked to me and my wife so disgusting. the other guy took care of us. but why is she still there!? this is 2nd time this happen to me. she does NOT deserve to be there. FIX IT.

I dont know her clerk number, but she has got to be the slowest person I know. I hate going into this post office. I wish there was another place I could mail packages. Wilmington is where we got the saying "going postal". This woman has got to go!

My packages always make it to the wilmington post office yet when they get there they come up missing and when I ask where it is they are rude and dismissive. Its almost like their stealing packages. STAY AWAY USE UPS OR FEDEX OR DRIVE IT YOURSELF!

After reading the reviews, why is the Spanish lady still working there? How many mistakes does it take until you fire her? Who cares if she is a minority, she is doing a horrible job so fire her already!

The people at this location are always friendly and able to answer my questions. This is one of the few places I dont mind waiting in line.
