I am so sick of the poor service at this location. My mail carrier leaves packages on the porch unprotected when there is a 90% chance of rain. He has put 3 hardback books in my mailbox FOLDED IN HALF breaking the spine. That is $60 I am out. Today he crammed a box that did not fit into the mailbox and I had to cut up the box to get it out. He crammed the rest of the mail in the back of the box, including a magazine that he folded in half and broke the spine. I have filled out multiple complaints, but nothing changes. This is ridiculous. The manager at this site never returns calls.
