The staff at Swartz Creek will just nod and smile if you have a problem without offering any solutions to fix an issue. Its like talking to a robot from the station manager on down. I ship 6-12 priority mail boxes a day and in my dealings with the manager he was more concerned with my raised voice than getting to the bottom of pick up and delivery problems. They view the uspo click and ship website as the the enemy and do not have a clue on how to use it much less answer a question customers may have with it. I think the SC office is where the post office puts their "B" team people that the union wont let them fire. The post office in Flint Twp is much better and staffed by more knowledgeable employees.

Our mail consistently comes soaking wet when Mother Nature decides to appear because whoever our mail man is wont CLOSE OUR MAILBOX. Ive tried calling. No one offers me solutions besides, "We will tell your delivery person." Obviously it doesnt work, and now I cant read any of our bills or other mail we received. I dont have time to wait around for them everyday. I guess I will have to leave a note for our mail person! From other reviews, it sounds like this post office needs some revamping!

We have to wait til 4-5 if not later for our mail to arrive. My husband also had a package coming and they never tried to deliver it but when he tracks it. It says that they attempted it. Why didnt they leave it? If they cant deliver packages then leave it to UPS &FEDEX

Horrible rude people they make a mistake I call to try and find out what happened and get hung up on. Nice job government worker!

The employees are friendly but they need to focus on getting the mail delivered correctly.
