Just Horrible Service. It started yesterday on 8/20 /17 1 Priority package needing signature, and 1 no signature required package attempted delivery. I spoke with Post worker via my Skybell doorbell informed her to leave package for pickup at post office she verbally agreed. Now the issues, next morning greeted by Postal worker mr. Cotton. There was 3 people for pickup. mr. Cotton made it a big deal to place the pickup slips in order received even though he was supposedly taken 3 and bringing 3 back really no need for extra about placing in order. Now my packages were not located. I was told by mr. Cotton sarcastically that they could not contact the mailman while they were driving. Which is not at all what I was asking him to do and he knew this. I asked him if he knew what a big inconvenience this was, He took an attitude and tone and stated YES! I said all Im asking for is some customer service. Which I was not receiving. The post office worries their delivery drivers all day everyday for no good reason while their out, but to check on a customers lost package is not good enough reason to contact them. Just returned from second visit of the day after mailman didnt deliver package and was told they couldnt track my package because no internet access probably because of the eclipse. REALLY USPS GET REAL AND GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER ID RATHER MAIL PACKAGES AT STAPLES!

Worst service ever!!! I have an online business and I try my best to avoid this place, I print my own labels and drop them off. Had a lady tell me that she aka "they" wouldnt take my package because two lines of the barcode was on the side of the box. Im sure when she referred to "they" it included herself as well. Remind you the package is 4x3x2 in dimision. In addition, to declining my box, she says," they arent gonna want to physically type in the numbers". Wtf!!! Are you serious? I respond, " so you telling me, youre just not gonna do your job?" She replies, "if thats what you want to call it maam." Now with that I took my package and left before I caused an "inconvenience" in the store. I rarely write bad reviews because I know that side of retail and I give the benefit of the doubt but this had to be spoken on. If she was able to tell me that so easily, what is happening with other packages that are unscannable? What you just throw them to the side and they are ever scanned because the staff doesnt "feel like doing it manually"? Again, this is not the first time Ive had issues with is branch, but this time, has really pushed me over the edge.

These have got to be the worst postal employees I have ever dealt with. I live in a cul de sac and between all of us that live in that cul de sac receive each others msil all the time. Isnt a crime? Sunday I was looking for a package to be delivered and kept checking the door. No package so I go to the tracking and it says it was delivered at 12:38 pm. It was 3:20pm when I was checking on it. Where is my package? I go to my mail box, no package. I go back in my house and call Centerville Post Office. No answer. I go and look out my front door and look over to my neighbors house and saw 2 packages at their house. A few minutes later my neighbor arrived home, picks up the packages, and then proceeds to put my package in my mail box...WHAT THE HECK? The post person put my items I purchased on someone elses porch. This is unacceptable. I have business orders coming in. Please fire this person.

I am told that the Centerville Post Office is responsible for delivering all USPS packages for Zip Code 30078. Today I had a package delivered from the Centerville Post Office, at 11:45am, while it was raining. I have a covered front porch and the Post Office delivery person left my package outside my garage door IN THE RAIN! I arrived home at 3:20pm and the box was soaking wet. Fortunately, the item inside was not damaged by the wetness but it was very inconvenient having to deal with the wet package and future items could most definitely be damaged by wetness. I do not understand why the Postal Service package delivery person could not leave my package on my covered front porch like my regular U. S. Postal Service delivery person, my UPS delivery person and my FedEx delivery person.

We set up to have our mail forwarded to a new address on July 6th and this Centerville post office staff keeps ignoring the request and pushing the mail through to our old address. I will admit somethings were missed on my part but as soon as I realized the address needed to be changed I quickly jumped on it. However, I cant say the same for this PO. FYI: some of our mail has been forwarded so I know somebody somewhere is paying attention! Since moving July 6th we have had to travel 3 times now to get mail from our old address. Thank goodness the new owners are nice enough to let me know its there!

I called 35 minutes before closing. I am still on hold 25 minutes after the closing time. No one ever came back to the phone. They are lazy and dont like to work. Worse service ever dealing with the post office. Especially when they lost my package. If you dont like your job just quit. There is always a person that would Love to take your place. Horrible service.

We constantly receive our neighbors mail even after reporting this on several occasions. Weve even called the USPS Consumer Affairs office and complained with no resolution to the problem. Today we received 7 pieces of someone elses mail. I wonder how many pieces of our mail has been delivered to someone elses home! Im really at my witts end!

This is the most incompetent Post Office that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They send orders to the wrong address and it takes forever to get them to redirect the order to the right address. On top of that the staff there are extremely rude.

I bought some books via Amazon that were shipped USPS. They were delivered today and left in the driveway, IN THE RAIN! So, now my books are drying out. This is why the post office is losing so much money. They dont care.

This post office is horrible. They never have enough people behind the counter and they always lose or deliver my packages late. Its best to spend the extra money and let UPS or Fed ex mail out your packages
