just tried to call because I had a question about my package that we were told was going to be held there for a few days because my apartment complex office was going to be closed when it was delivered. we dont know where my package is because the lady who answered wouldnt even look for it. "We wouldnt hold a package". Then why specifically say that you would? I mean its fine if you wont hold a package at the "post office" but why tell us that you would. absolutely no manners what so ever. annoyed i hung up and hopefully my mother can look it up and find out what happened to my Christmas gifts because the "post office" doesnt seem to be of any help.

Our small business has used this post office for 2 years to send several packages per week consistently. We have not had a lost or damaged package attributed to this office in that time. The ladies at the front desk have always been helpful and polite. There is usually only a few minutes wait in the morning but that doesnt affect us since we can just drop off our pre-paid packages at the counter. Thank you!

Didnt leave my package at my apartments leasing office. Instead returned the item to shipper 2 hours after "attempted" delivery. This left me, an employed person, zero chance to go pick the item up at the post office myself. Their reason for not holding my package even half a day? They "cant have mail sitting around all day". At. The. Post. Office....

Horrible customer service . People these days are nasty people and if you call or visit this location youll understand that real quick. Absolutely no manners or respect for other human beings and thats sad considering no one person on this planet is better or worse than another. Learn some common courtesy.

Called because a package was suppose to be delivered to a house in that town. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. Didnt want to help at all. Worst customer service I have very had to deal with.
