This post office is super unorganized. They have left me notices in my empty mailbox that my mailbox is too full. I scheduled a redelivery only to have it dropped off at my doorstep (it wouldnt fit in my mailbox in the first place so why not leave it the day it was supposed to be delivered by my door initially?). Another instance, I ordered three of the same items. Two showed up on my porch, but the third I had to re-schedule a redelivery because it "wouldnt fit in my mailbox". That time they didnt leave a notice, I had to find out from the tracking information. I have had several bad experiences (that seem due to lack or organization or just pure laziness) but these are just two examples. Ship through other companies if possible.

Lived here for 5 years and this "post office" has been nothing but awful. Terrible delivery drivers who continually "forget" to give me my mail, I have to run down the street to get packages they neglect to deliver. Have damaged several items and have failed to deliver certified mail on numerous occasions, claiming "no one was home" when I was home. If possible I recommend not to use them if sending to Flowery Branch or if you live here. Use UPS or FedEx.

Terrible Service by the postal deliverers. They have destroyed several mailboxes in my neighborhood with their mirrors including mine three separate times! Mail is CONSTANLY misdirected into my neighbors boxes and vice versus. Hands down, the worst mail people I have ever had the pleasure of enduring. Ridiculous.

Pathetic. Will not go out of there way to help a customer. Pretty much get the tough luck speech. I hope everyone loses there jobs. Will be using UPS or fedex from now on. I was hung up on as well.
