Terrible!! Went there and waited for over 20 minutes while the lady was helping another customer but clearly had no idea what she was doing. She kept taking personal calls, disappeared in the back, etc. She didnt acknowledge there were people in line. Avoid going there, worst customers service ever.

Terrible customer service. Dont go in asking questions about different mailing options-they really dont want to deal with this. One particular lady acts like she is doing you a favor by waiting on you. Go to Pinckney or Hamburg even if it is out of your way.

Awful service, got there with no one in line and waited for a while when the attendant was rude and "looked for her phone" while people were in line. Never apologized or recognized the fact she kept us waiting. Horrible service, avoid this place ar all costs.
