Ive had mis-delivered mail from this Post Office for 7 years now. Calling in a complaint helps for a little while and then they start mis-delivering mail all over again. The postal employees have hateful attitudes and have been caught lying about whether or not a supervisior is in the office or not when Ive called to complain. The last postal carrier we had said point blank that she didnt care about whether or not the mail was deliveried properly. (not kidding she really did) This was after she didnt have us sign for a registered mail piece which she is required to do, she just put it in the mailbox, Im surprised she got the right mailbox, anyway, I called yet again and they made her come back and have it signed which made her extremely angry. Oh well, what can ya do? Its the worst Post Office in America.

Maybe not the worst, as stated by Matthew, but the worst I have ever seen. I am trying to run a business in this city and I have had several payments lost, several bills not received and I refuse to get a post office box. It doesnt look good for my business and it adds revenue to a poor business in the first place. Now, I do wish that when my mail is delivered to the wrong place that those people would write "wrong address" and stick it back in the mailbox. But, hey, whos to say that isnt happening and they still deliver it wrong.DOES THE POST OFFICE READ THESE REVIEWS OR THE COMPLAINTS GIVEN IN OTHER WAYS - GUESS NOT

This post office and delivery is awful, mail is always late, that is if they deliver it to the correct house. Im missing legal documents, special packages, all said to have been delivered and signed for when in fact was never delivered Orr signed for. I have to constantly receive my mail from my neighbors if they Have it. This is getting ridiculous.its very unprofessional and irritating, I have mail missing even. Im starting to think this place needs to get investigated because from what I see alot of other people have the same problem as well.

NO STARS!!! THE POSTAL SYSTEM IN COVINGTON IS HELL. I HAVE HAD BUSINESS SUPPLIES ADDING IN OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS MISPLACED IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD. PACKAGES SAYING DELIVERED AND THEY WERENT - MAIL BEING SHIPPED TO ME RETURNED TO SENDER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE PO BOX ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS. PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY - CAN NOT GET THROUGH. POST OFFICE STORE IN DOWNTOWN COVINGTON PROVIDES NO HELP BUT AWFUL ATTITUDES.

Would give 0 stars if I could! This office is no good... all of my packages are left in driveway not at front door as stated! Called to complain and all they day is Ill call the carrier... never received a call back! This office needs a new manager that knows how to run the place! Delivery carriers need to learn to leave packages at front door not in the driveway!!!

Mail is constantly lost, packages not delivered. Spoke to a woman at this unit and she suggested I get a PO box. My wife called Stalling St. and was spoke to rudely. She was informed without two forms of ID she could not get the PO box, go get a passport. The postal system in Covington, to stinks. No help from post master either, all need to be fired.

Lady that answered the phone was sooooo disrespectful ! Im about ready to come up there and speak to the manager ! When I called she answer like it was her personal phone I thought I called the wrong number I think she needs to fix her attitude or find a new job.

We are both disabled and have a very steep driveway and when we first moved in 10 years ago, things we much different. I used to do it all. Now, we are getting a hard time every other mo th to move the mailbox back down the hill.

They dont deliver my mail but once every TWO WEEKS. Then when you complain they say there is nothing they can do. Whoever runs this place refuses to fix anything and should be FIRED.
