We have been on a service route in the Ingles area for a year now. They constantly dont pick up our mail and we constantly get other peoples mail and our mail goes to other people. We have developed a relationship with another business that this happens to on our route and we just call each other for a pick up. If you put it back in the mailbox it just never gets redelivered. What a headache. I have called the post office, but it does no good.

My mail is being sent to the wrong address after we went into the post office and requested a correction. My mail is being put into the wrong mailbox by the mail carried and the neighbor brings my mail to me. The worst postal service ever, there need to be another mail delivery and postal services so that people have a choice.

Their delivery people claim to have delivered your package when they did not!! Im so furious with this terrible company. You sit on the phone for 40 minutes waiting to talk to a real person and still feel unsatisfed with the call! I will NEVER buy an item if this is the shipper ever again. I wouldnt even rate them with 1 star!

Postal worker never stopped at my house and I was expecting a package. They said they left notice, no notice and I was home when she drove right past my house! Now getting my package is like pulling teeth. REALLY THIKING OF GETTING A P.O BOX... VERY SAD AND I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF MY MAIL AND OR PACKAGES ARE IN A DITCH.....

The USPS of Gainesville GA is a joke they scan my package as out for delivery and it was not delivered to my house it is still sitting in the USPS office and you go and find out why and all they can say is our system is down nothing we can do nothing but a joke joke joke

Attempted to call ahead to get information about a package that has been out for delivery for 2 days but the line was busy, which is understandable. So I dropped by to see if I could just pick it up and the man barely let me speak. Treated me like an idiot.

Post truck broke down in my driveway, drive threw her cigarette butts in the driveway. My package was completely destroyed and another one of my packages has been out for delivery for 5 days. What a joke!
