USPS POS Northville Branch. I have had packages sent to me that have been scanned delivered but not actually delivered. This is while I have been home at the time of delivery. This has happened on more than one occasion. Either my mail has been miss-delivered or stolen. USPS POS Northville Branch tells me to contact the sender and that the GPS shows it was delivered. This problem is unrelated to the sender and the USPS does nothing further to investigate. They tell you to go away because they are busy and have to deal with their carriers. If you are looking for a job where you can steal or be incompetent with impunity look for a job with the USPS.

The workers here are nice enough and Ive had few delivery issues . My main complaint, and reason for three stars, Northville is loaded with elderly folks who dont do the whole internet thing resulting in long lines and the wish for another clerk at the counter. I could avoid the wait with the scale/postage/credit card machine common in most USPS lobbies, but they pulled it out for lack of use (see my observation above about the elderly). Kind of a Catch 22. Drives me crazy sometimes but overall not bad.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. The lady that handles problems is very rude and defensive. I have had packages thrown in the mud under mailbox and crushed to fit in mailbox. It seems as if a bill is missing every month, therefor I have gone all to paperless billing. I often get the wrong mail and receive mail with wrong address written on them, meaning they also went to the wrong address. I have lived in many areas and have never had these problems before.

Very rude customer sevice the lady i talked to put me on hold twice for no reason never got help i told her my tracking number cause my package got sent to them for allen park postal and i live no where near northville as i was asking her for information she decided to tell me to hold and put me on hold i hung up i do appreciate the rudeness from people you are there to help customes you dont like your job then find a new one or jist do your job

They are the worst post offices Ive ever dealt with they always have attitudes when I call them they always make up some stupid story about my tracking number not being real and not showing up but soon as I call another post office and give them the same tracking code they always say it came through .i told them one time to hold a package till I was able to get it and gusss what they did ? Delivered it .

There is one employee in particular who is rude and is not interested in helping customers, but rather hearing her own voice and hanging up. I was supposed to receive a package in late March and the office forwarded my package to a different state. I have never lived anywhere but Michigan. I am very displeased... In my opinion, that is tampering, as the only addresses on my file are for Michigan.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have asked for a name because the lady who I spoke to was just terrible. She had an attitude, she cut me off while I was talking multiple times and didnt even care to ask me a helpful question until after I was put on hold for 8 minutes. I could go on and on about how terrible it was. They should be ashamed.

I called them a bit before they closed, and, to me, I think they saw me calling, waited a while, then pretended like the call failed or ended on accident. I called them about 5 times, never got any real in time human talking to me, just got automated messages and ringing that eventually led to me being hung up on.

Ive always had very positive experiences at this USPS location. Very helpful and courteous staff. I walk in with a smile and kindly greet the staff and always get the same in return. The place can get busy (especially lunch) but the line does move at a decent pace.

Ive got a great mail delivery person but the people who work at this post office are terrible. Any time Ive had to come to the actual office the people behind the desk act like Im inconviencing them. Its no wonder the Postal Service has money issues.

Its impossible to get a Rep on the phone! Their recording system is useless! And the wait is 1 hour! What a crock! No one can answer the phone?? What an absolute joke!
