How Dare you! No Wonder this post office has a low rating! Im going to be upset when I ask for you to look up my package and you refuse! Let you explain? You didnt want to let me explain! I was Calm until You want to be so blasted rude! Then you hang up?! You, You work for Us! Damn Shane how Things are handled from the United States Post Office! You are a Public Servant! Very bad indeed, not just service, it happens so many times now, whenever i drop off my mail through drive through mail outside. For some reason, and again it happens more than once, the mail get lost. Meaning it does not get to the other party. What makes hard and very upsetting, when i send out a payment for a bill, meaning, i get charged late fees, as mail does not get to them at all. It did happens so many times now, and something has to be done about it.

Opens at 8:30 but youre lucky if you can get through on the phone before 10. Lines are god awful long. I havent had a personal negative experience with customer service but then again, i always print labels at home. Edit: 12/30/2016. I forgot I reviewed this office a year ago. Nothing has changed, office opens at 830 but they will not turn their phones on until after 10! If youre open you should be able to be reached.

Very bad, the service is awful. Even though they are not busy the employees dont have exprience. I went there to get passport card and they almost charged me for passport renewal.one of the employees talks to you fast and no eye contact,especially in these kind of issues.she made me go there twice and gave the wrong information. Now I have to make another trip because of their reckless work.

Lazy Union Employees at their finest. "Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" Bull$h!t - 10 carriers called off on Saturday, and you were too lazy to ring the bell or leave@ door. We get packages daily, and because you were running behind, you decided to not even bother attempting delivery and mark it "Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)"

Terrible customer service, employees could care less about doing things in a quick timely manner. This location is 5 minutes from my house and I will drive an extra 6 miles to go to another location. Do yourself a favor and Google the next closest post office. I it were possible to give them zero stars I would without hesitation.

Lines still seem long but better than it used to be. I wish this wasnt my closest office. Communication amongst the staff seems weak because I had difficulty getting them to examine a tracking of a long overdue package. Keep having to re-explain the problem to whoever I was transferred to.

if i can rate negative stars i would have , rude , always have mail late , they full of crap and bullsh*t just today i was promised my package would be infront of my door step and i come home nothing been waiting for a week for package . no more shipping with usps .

The worst costumer service I have ever encountered. The lady is really rude, she acts like she has PHD degree, lady you work at the postal office. I really hate when someone has a rude attitude and takes it out at the customers, without us you wont have a job.

I paid extra postage for my daughters wedding invites. They were suppose to be hand stamped and not put through a machine. Well they ended up going through the machine and got to our guests ripped! I was embarrassed and paid extra postage for nothing!!!

Have unreliable, inconsistent service with temporary change of address. Most mail is forwarded correctly, but too frequently mail is returned to sender as not deliverable or delivered to address that is not in effect.

The DH Post Office marked my 4 ounce package as postage due when I already pre-paid the seller and the label was pre-paid! So a four ounce package (and not Priority Mail) ended up costing me nearly $12.00. Ridiculous!
