This location doesnt even deserve one star. The older man that works there is the rudest person Ive ever come across. (Im a very nice and friendly person that smiles at everyone I should add that)He told me I couldnt have a receipt for shipping my packages off. lIES. Then proceeds to slam my packages around. It was right before they closed for there hour lunch so Im guessing he needed that cigarette that he came out front to smoke after I gathered up my packages to take them to another location. I will never step foot in this location again. Ive never ever been treated like that. He was so rude I felt scared.

The worst Post Office Ive ever had. I paid extra to have a package intercept so I could pick it up early for my 10 Year wedding anniversary, i ended up waiting 45minutes in their parking lot while they found it, but the real problem is it got to the post office the day before and I need to be at work. 4 out of 5 items Ive had delivered to my house have been broken and the post master was outright rude to me. When he realized they messed up he didnt even bother apologizing. Im shipping FedEx or ups from now on.

Bethlehems post office is graced with the kindest, friendliest, most helpful personnel Ive ever encountered in any post office anywhere. Reminds me of what a local smalltown post office should be. The short hours some complain about are not the fault of the employees at this post office but are decided upon elsewhere. Im very thankful to have such a wonderful place to go to post my mail.

Friendly, professional employees, who are willing to take time to help if asked. Much better service than the 1-800-ASK-USPS number offers. I send out a huge volume of packages daily, and havent had an issue that this branch was responsible for. I think they do a fine job at the Bethlehem Post Office, and our carriers do a great job as well.

Rediculous!! Ive been trying to call the post office all day and cant get anything but a busy signal. Whats the point in having the post office if you cant get help. I even tried to call customer service to speak with someone and I cant get past the automated lady!! Ugh! I need to move back to Winder!!

Worst mail service I have ever had ! Everything is always a day or two late . Tracking site will say out for delivery and wont see it for another day or two. Last Saturday they didnt even deliver it came out on Sunday. This location needs me management.

3 stars because they close for a whole hour at noon. Very unprofessional. Waisted a full hour of my day trying to run around and find other post offices.
