Loved my experience here, small town so obviously they have a small office. Very personal, always a smile and a greeting by name. The building needs to be updated and expanded along with the parking lot but definitely love all our carriers and office workers! They always go above and beyond, even when I come in to get mail for the day the carrier will bundle it for me and look to see if I have any packages instead of delivering them separately (so glad because I go on vacation and theyd be out all week sometimes).

This is the worst Post Office l have ever had to use very un-friendly seems like they have no clue what is going on I Put my mail on hold for a week because of moving they did not do it said my mail was being sent to old address or new address they did not know I have not seen any mail at my new address So glad I do not have to deal with these Incompetent people any more We pay for all this wonderful service know wonder the U S Post Office is losing money

There is one female postal worker (always there) that is rude--never helpful, never smiles! And just now, I walked in at NOON. She was helping someone else. She literally stopped and came out to lock the door before I could go in. I only had an envelope to mail--needed it metered. She said I couldnt come in!! I was in disbelief. This post office should be shut down!!

A joke in EVERY Sense of the word! I cannot believe they let a Federal building be ran this poorly. This place is terrible. Im driving an extra 10 min to South Lyon or Novi and its ridiculous I have to do this with the location right next to my to and from daily route. But after going here I wont be back. This place doesnt exist to me

The woman who works in this post office is so incredibly rude. They also lock the door before 5 oclock (closing time) if no one is in the building. I try to do most of my mailing in Novi or Northville when I go into those towns because the post office in my town is less than accommodating. I would have left zero stars if I could.

I was met with being told the form I received over the internet was not for holding mail, even though it says for holding the mail. I was then told to fill out a yellow form. The lady that was helping me,wasnt very nice! I would to report her to the higher ups.

The New Hudson USPS is so damn slow. The workers definitely take their time when it comes to serving you. The last time I was in there, I waited in line for 20 minutes, and there was only 1 other person in front of me when I got there. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!

The postal workers here are prompt and courteous. The woman at the counter has helped me many times with different post office procedures. She helped me navigate passport applications for my family. I appreciate the workers at this location. Thank you!

So i had a misplaced package. Went to this office and they called the driver. No sooner i got home the driver was in my driveway with the package. With so many deliveries its gonna happen. They made correction very fash. Thank you New Hudson USPS.
