What a horrible experience with this location! I have never been treated so poorly by anyone associated with the USPS. I am out of state and sent my daughter important papers and items. Our tracking number said it had been delivered but it was not in her mailbox. She attempted to call them 4 times and was told they had nothing for her there. I called and what awful customer service from Rick who is apparently the "manager" (I use that term loosely). He yelled at me and ended up hanging up on me after telling me the item had no name or address on it. How in the world would that even be possible? I told him I personally addressed the envelope and he accused me of lying. Tell me how a package would get from South Carolina to Burton Michigan WITHOUT A NAME OR ADDRESS ON IT! Im quite certain its impossible for that to even happen. He hung up on me after yelling at me. I called back and spoke to Mary. Mary was the only thing positive about this situation. She was awesome (maybe Mary should be the manager since she actually has customer service skills!). She promised she would find out where the items were. Rick called me back to tell me he had spoken with the carrier who couldnt deliver it due to no name on the package. This is the most ridiculous excuse Ive truly ever heard in my life. After more than an hour total arguing and refusing to back down, the carrier went back out and delivered the item. And please, tell me why it was listed as delivered if it wasnt? Get rid of Rick. Get rid of lazy carriers. Get rid of carriers who clearly cant read. Do your jobs, people and people wont be calling you all day to complain. Next time Ill send my items Fed Ex. Its better than having to deal with the incompetence that is present in this post office.

I have been awaiting a package ordered online. The expected delivery dates were between the 9th and 12th of this month. It was shown to have made it to this post office on the 7th, and yet I was never notified, nor was the package ever attempted to be delivered. Come to find out, the package has been sitting at this post office THE WHOLE TIME. Twelve days of my package not being delivered, and then when I check the hours for the post office, they are shorter than every other office in the area, AND are closed on Saturday. I do hope this will be the last of my problems with this post office. We will see on Monday... EDIT: Because of the shortened hours and my work schedule, I was unable to visit Monday. I visited the office today, only to find that my packages now had forward fees. I attempted to ask the gentleman retrieving my packages why that was, but he completely blew me off and wouldnt even attempt to assist me or answer my questions. I was able to get a few words out of him like "Dont know" and "Nope". There was nobody else in the office, so it wasnt that I was holding up a line. The gentleman also took a very rude tone with me and cut me off before I was even able to complete my inquiries. In the end, there is a disgraceful lack of customer service and I will do my best to avoid any further contact with this post office. Unfortunately, I am not able to control how ALL of my mail is sent, but I will definitely be requesting shipment via UPS or FedEx on everything possible.

I receive a lot of packages and am generally a fan of the value that USPS shipping provides, yet somehow this post office finds a way to delay many packages that I receive through them. Tracking will usually say that delivery was attempted even though it clearly was not. I have had it string out for 3 days before. Weekend delivery to an apartment? Forget it, they will usually just mark it as "business closed" and deliver it the next week. They almost never walk to the apartments, they just dump them all at the office (if theyre open!). They have put my Amazon Prime Pantry boxes on their side and crushed everything twice, despite clear labeling not to do so. When I approached branch management about Amazon packages being late constantly, they said "a lot of the time we just dont have room on the vehicle for them". Judging by the other reviews and conversations I have had with neighbors and friends, this is the normal experience for everyone in my area. I hope someday someone sees these reviews that is in a position to help. Its honestly that bad.

I shipped a package that is supposed to be coming through here. They marked it as "Out For Delivery" and "Notice Left." The customer is retired, and was home all day waiting for this package. They said the driver never came, no notice left, and nothing to report for the package. They are threatening to leave bad reviews and demanding that we get this package to them. I and another rep called this number several times to only get a "beep beep beep" tone. I then called the closest office for assistance because the USPS automated system is worthless and impossible to navigate. They were completely useless and extremely rude. See review for them. There address is 11426 Davis St, Grand Blanc, MI. Still, not able to get status on package that was never attempted for delivery. Oh, and rep said that this number was busy due to the high traffic of calls. If that were the case.. how was it so easy to get into their office 3 times in a row and the phone for this one does not even ring?

Just moved to within this offices coverage area. My apartment complex requires us to go here and get our "new" box keys for our building. I had to sign up on a list for a tech to come out and do the 2 minutes of work to get me my box set up & key, and thus the mail I have been waiting for for days now. I was told by a man that there were only about 2 or so customers in front of me, so he estimated a few days or so. It has now been 5+ days, and I STILL do not have a key yet for my box in our building. When I stopped in after about 4 days; he said Ill have to call and see later this week. CHRISTMAS week! Fat chance, eh? Im not holding my breath on this place. I guess any holiday packages or $ cards from relatives will have to wait. How long? Your guess is as good as mine! Thanks for the shabby service! - - - May I suggest you all try the Atherton road station. (Near Fenton road, Flint.) Always had good people help me there with lots of different needs.

We moved in the last few years from one house in GB township to another neighborhood, also in GB township. At our old house, we never had a problem with the postal delivery system. However, ever since the move, we constantly get notes in our box, saying the mail is undeliverable due to snow. Now this is so aggravating because my husband clears the mailbox with a shovel so we know the driver can get to our box. Some weeks during the winter, this happens for 3 days in a row and I have to call the p.o. Box to get them to deliver our mail!! And then like magic, our mail shows up the next day. Its no wonder the postal system is losing money and thats why I pay extra and trust UPS to deliver my packages!
