I received a package that was ripped open, with only 2 pages of the textbook that I ordered. This was then sealed in a "We Care" plastic package, with no information about where the rest of my book was, besides a petty "Please accept our apologies". This was surprising since it was only shipped from a few cities away in Michigan. I went into this Post Office and received no help, spoke to a supervisor that seemed clueless, and who gave me a wrong number to call. I then called the post office several times, and after being disconnected and then hung up on, never was able to speak to the main manager there. I have yet to receive a call back from the manager, as Im sure "David" (the supervisor, if thats actually his name, as he refused to give me his last name) did not leave a message from me. Overall, this was a terrible and unprofessional experience and I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

I sent one package to India. It reached to India and surprisingly the Box was in open condition where my items were stolen. I immediately went to USPS office from where my items were dispatched, The response that I got from USPS was ridiculous, they mentioned to me that USPS cant guarantee for International shipment, I asked the question If USPS cant guarantee then why did they accept my package to get shipped to India. Anyways, another blunder, the tracking # that they provided me is also wrong as there is NO tracking records fetched against the provided tracking #. I will keep on fighting to get claim settled but this is worst services that USPS provided me. DONT try USPS for International package!

at the passport window , MIKE was awsome , wonderful , respectful , really good manners , great customer service , UNLIKE [PAPPA BEAR] i thought it was a joke , HE IS really the opposite of that , really rude , no manners , he looks like he hates being there , he would not look at u to talk , he mumbles , REALLY RUDE , he should not be in customer service , the 3 stars is for mike he deserves 5 , our kids passport were delayed because [PAPPA BEAR] was helping us , so dont waste your time with him , you can wait for the nice person MIKE , i hope some one will do something about pappa bear attitude toward the customers and delaying the process of the applications

Why would you put such a slow moving angry person on passport services on a saturday morning? He took over 20 min per customer to complete what should have taken less than 10 min. If your using the walk in pasport services on a Saturday, plan on spending the entire day. Bring water, snacks, and maybe a folding chair. Plus the website shows passport services is open until 12:30 but they actually stop taking customers at 11:30. Saw multiple people get burned by this! And to top all this off, he forgot to have to customers sign their application! One noticed but the other had to be called and asked to return 30 min after he had left!

Go here only if you want to receive a package. They dont accept their mistakes and try to blame it on the customer. Mainly Lexy. My certified mail package was sent without tracking and without certification. I have the receipt and they say I must have not wanted certification for it. Never did she say it might have been her fault that she missed it too. My priority package tracking does not show up. Lexy says it reached but wont give me a confirmation with tracking details. Oh, dont bother calling them. The call straight away says office is closed when Im inside it!

If you think this is bad, just think about everything being ran by a socialist government. You can NEVER get an answer or even when trying to get some help they feel so displeased to help. I despise going to any government run agencies, truly despise it. Long lines, no one cares to help you, when you finally get some help everything is done wrong, so you have to go the second-third time. Its just horrible the people hired at these agencies..Are the resume requirements "must be able to under-perform in all areas of customer service"

The worst Post Office ever. Package tracking says the package was delivered yesterday but it was not. Talked to the carrier, then talked to a Supervisor on the phone. The supervisor said that she would call back in a few minutes. That was a few hours ago and now the phone just rings off the hook. I gave up on the Troy Post Office years ago. I refuse to step foot int here because the counter staff is rude and inconsiderate. Auburn Hills and Royal Oak are much better. It doesnt have to be this way.

My mail service was on hold for some days and after that when my mail wasnt delivered (as instructed) for 3 more days, I called the post office and asked for the mail, To my good ( ? ) luck, I had to speak to two different persons who had no courtesy,and politeness in their communication. The post master general does not have to find more reasons for billions of dollars losses every year. I feel that people are shying away from post office for obvious reasons.

I practically begged them to deliver my package calling them about 6 times in a week and a half + taking a trip up there. They kept telling me they would call me back...ALL Lies. Poor service is one thing but something I truly cant stand is a bold lie.. The tracking number proved useless. They sent my package back despite the fact that I had been trying to get my good for 2 weeks. Pure Idiots! I am so mad!! They wasted so much of my time for nothing!!!

It is not okay to leave a delivery notice unless you actually make an attempt to deliver a package. Again I watched you drive up to my mail box and leave a delivery notice rather than get out of the vehicle and deliver my package. You get paid to deliver mail, I do not get paid to drive to the post office and pick up the package that you were supposed to deliver. If someone were ever to answer the phone at the post office I would file a complaint.

Staff is racist rude and humiliating. After waiting good 3 minutes for service because two men were gossiping about some women in vulgar fashion, I was called in by words: "yo white girl u wanna get things done or not?!". I couldnt believe what Ive heard! The rest of my experience was equally bad. Scandalous, especially for Troy. I suggest that you go to nearby Clawson or Royal Oak and be treated with some civility like a human being.

Tracking says they delivered my package 11/26 and stopped being updated. Didnt even get an attempted deliver slip that day 11/28 I get a delivery slip and says available for pickup 11/29 by 10am, checked tracking, wasnt updated. Go in on 11/29 at 5:30pm and they couldnt even find my package. How does that even happen? It was a 2.5x2.5x1.5ft 40 pound package! You dont just lose something that big. Ridiculous

All of a sudden receive text stating that the post office couldnt deliver the package because the business was closed. I know they werent by because we were sitting on the porch, and this is a house not a business. If the post office employees are not going to deliver the packages on the weekends, then USPS corporate should not be making contracts with Amazon to deliver on Sunday.
