I have been having some issues with some packages for the last 4 days. I had tried to call the number for the mail USPS and was stuck in the automatted voice thing for 30 minutes and then finally transfed to a person where I was n hold for over an hour. I hung up and tried some of the other numbers. People were very rude. I even had some one at the Allen Park location scoff at me. I decided to try the post off down the road (Baldwin road, Pontiac) to see if they could help and the lady that helpped me was very nice and helpful. She was patient and was willing to look up all 3 packages to make sure they were going where they needed.

This is a terrible post office. My family and I have been all over the country as part of my military service, and, because of this, have experienced many postal offices. Having lived in 8 different locales from the South, to the West Coast, to the New England area, and now here, this is the absolute slowest post office, worst customer service experience, and a consistent record of losing, misplacing, and/or mishandling our mail. I would work with a different locations post office or simply use UPS or FedEx instead of coming here.

Most lazy ignorant people work there if you deal with a young fine black woman dont expect any kind of service , even her Co worker couldnt figure out the most basic task of looking up a tracking number to see the postage was paid for ,, guess a brain is not a qualification for that job
