Worst supervisor ever I had a package delivery in November 30 thats what it said online and I went today because I never got it. I speak the supervisor and she argue with me saying that it was delivery when it wasnt. This place is the worst never deliver the package on time. They are just a big mess rude people.

I love in the city and the mail carriers come door to door, this is an issue because my mail isnt always delivered or picked up, I have called multiple times reference this issue. This is forcing me to put up a mailbox. Also when you call them, its very hard to get through to anyone.

I had a package being delivered but realized that the wrong address was on it. I called the Davison office and they were able to help me get the package that had already been delivered back to me on the same day. I cant thank them enough!!!!!

Sunday they dont even try to deliver just mark it undeliverable, then next day they either gave my packages or just didnt bother delivering them yet again! (Sunday 1 package, Monday 4 different packages....0 arrived!)

Its a very nice place..very clean but I only give it 3 stars because of the amount of visitors and its only ever one person working the front counter..what should take a couple of minutes turns into a 30-40 min wait!

Not very organized. Slow! I been waiting to get my mailbox key for 3 weeks now and when i called they said they dont have any info about me coming in for a mail box key. After i already paid them for it

I ship a lot of packages and receive a lot of packages, my carriers are nice and honest. I dont go to the actual post office often but when I do I rarely have any kind of issue they cant handle for me.

Everytime I call them, they continue to hang up on me and outright refuse to talk to me. And all I have is an inquire about a package that was sent through them.

They never answer the phone. Their carriers also frequently mess up delivering packages. Awful......... The only negative thing about living in Davison.

Pleasantly surprised. They left a package in the locker but never left me a key. So I called and they sent someone out to put the key in my box that day.
