The Black lady Brenda who works there is the rudest nastiest woman Ive ever come in contact with it almost shocking! Im very kind hearted and nice yet this lady is very rude to me when I come there. If it were not for my job requiring me to come there and dropping off mail I would never come in there or do business with them at all. Her attitude is very nasty and cold hearted I immediately feel her negative vibes as soon as I see her. Its amazing shes still employed with such an respectable company.

3 stars instead of 5 ,because Ive never had an issue with mailing or shipping items ,as well as cashing USPS money orders ,BUT every- time the African American lady (I dont ever care to look at her name badge)has to help me ,she has the biggest attitude ,shes cold and unpleasant! Ive also witnessed her act this way towards others ,so i know its not just me .The other workers are very friendly ,but with her it always seems as if she doesnt want to be there.

I went to this place to ask about where a package was because my tracking information said that there was animal inference (I have a kitten.) and the African woman was the rudest witch ever! Not at all helpful! If she doesnt like her job then she should quit! That and it would be nice if they answered their damn phones so ppl wouldnt have to go down and deal with that cow!

We once had a large package being delivered to our house and instead of putting it by the door the mail lady shoved it into the mailbox, knocking it over in the process. That wasnt such a big deal; it was old and needed to be replaced, but she did a hit and run; she didnt even bother leaving a note or knocking on the door or anything.

My disabled mother is suppose to have her mail delivered to her door. The postal driver passes by her house whenever the flag is up. She has bills that need to be mailed out on time. But they were not come don when they are ready too calling to complain is pointless. There hone is always busy.

I have had my mail delivery stopped twice in the last few months but when I request to have it delivered, the first time it was 2 days late then this last time I had to call to get them to deliver after I had already scheduled a delivery date. How hard can this be?

Let me start off by saying these are the rudest people ever. I Drive 15 minutes out of the way just to go to another post office because everytime I come here they are always rude. DONT RECOMMEND
