I had two packages that had to out overnight express. I hate lines so I used the automated machine, which I use all the time, and it did not print my label after standing there & going through all the screens. Thank goodness it printed my receipt. So then I had to go stand in line after all and tell an employee that the machine didnt print. Well that employee was super nice & helpful, instead of just refunding me he came around & out, played with the machine & got my label to print. He was extremely helpful about getting the right box for my package and getting the correct info & putting the label in the right spot for me. I have never in my life had such a helpful & kind US Postal Service worker. He went above and beyond being kind, patient & helpful! Thank you Kevin for being so nice to a flustered person who was in a hurry! Youre outstanding, thank you!

They continuously inserted mail into a PO box that had a forwarding address that had been properly and officially established. This resulted in bills being paid late. Postmaster was ambivalent. They billed us for that same PO box referenced above and placed the invoice INSIDE the PO box which had a forwarding address on it. Result? You got it - LATE PAYMENT with penalty they refused to waive. Carrier picked up the wrong stack of envelopes all of which had no postage on them as they had not yet been filled. Did not ask. Did not look. He just took them. Next: we will see them back with POSTAGE DUE and I am sure it will be our fault. Smiles are always hard to come by within this facility. Attitudes and culture always start from the top. Start there.

I went into the store to buy stamps from the machine, I bought the wrong item that is $23.75 worth, i understand the post office does not return stamps, they offered to give me the equivalency in the stamps that I wanted, but the post office had only 21 stamps to give me back. I know that was a blunt lie. The manager, Jaime, was arrogant, stuck up, lacks any human, much less customer service skills, refused to acknowledge my existence. I left with impression that "we got you, what can you do. The whole experience was bad, tasteless, degrading.

Sunday delivery is awful, package was not delivered due to "The carrier was not able to access the front door to deliver your package. This sometimes occurs when carriers do not have an access code for a gated community or secure building. Please contact for next steps." There is nothing blocking my front door, no fence or anything, not sure why but Im not happy that I paid extra money for Sunday delivery and since the post office is closed I have no way to pick it up until Monday.

Our mail person gets our mail wrong every day. There are four units and they cant seem to figure it out. I deliver my neighbors mail daily. I had a package that didnt deliver from Amazon. I was told my address was incorrect! I have lived here 16 years, and get packages all the time. I just dont understand what is so difficult in reading an address. Maybe they need to hire some people with half a brain.
