Ive lived here and used this office for my business and personal use for over 30 years. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately many of the clientele are usually in a hurry, snooty and unforgiving which is really too bad. Franklins Post Office is a wonderful convenience that many have taken for granted considering their alternative is the Southfield Post Office (Aprox. 5 miles away). My advice is to teach the patronage some manners in patience. Thank you Franklin Post Office and your staff for EXCELLENT service!! 5 Stars A++++++++++

Was in the area and needed to mail some important documents. It was 3:30pm, so chances were it would be busy with long lines. Turns out, there was only one person ahead of me and was not busy at all. I was in and out of there in no time at all. The workers there were polite, quick, and knowledgeable.

Worst Service Ever!! Called to see if there was a different number to call for the Farmington Hills Branch and they hung up the phone on me mid sentence!! Shut these branches down and let a corporation take over!! Waste of Tax Payer money!
