Until recently I was not having any issues. Not sure if we have a new carrier or what, but they dont seem to want to get out of the truck, and have to walk to our front door! First she was dishonest and said she tried to deliver a COD and nobody answered, which I know to be untrue, nobody knocked all day. Then when I did exchange the package for the COD of 100.00$,not only did she NOT give me a proper receipt like I asked, I was getting emails saying it was never delivered!? Now today, I had 3 small items, that are listed as "not delivered because they couldnt access my door!?" I live in an un-gated Apartment Complex with a very clear walk way. Something needs to be done about this employee. And now Im left to wonder if my 100$ even got to the Company I ordered from! Im not very pleased right now, to say the least. Very nice people. Im not home a lot and they will hold a package to pick up and text ne that they have it.Never had such good service.
