Since i have an online business where i sell items, i frequent this post office quite a bit. I am very happy with the service i get at the desk when i go in.. I make it easy for them and always have my own labels printed out. They have been very helpful when ive had problems with packages coming back to me.. The only thing that makes me nervous now is dropping my packages in the inside shoot during after hours.. I had an item lost or stolen at the London facility.. I dont know what happened to it but it was never scanned so i know that it was either lost or stolen at my local post office since i dropped it in the shoot and it was never scanned..it just "disappeared" off the face of the earth..my customer never got it so i had to refund them $50 so i have definitely learned my lesson not to put anything in the indoor bin during closed times...and also to get insurance and a receipt for more expensive items. Besides that.. i havent had any problems with the outside blue box.. And my mailman is awesome too.. so.. I mean overall i use them a lot so I can overlook the few problems.. nothing is perfect...and things do happen everywhere. ;)

They misplaced our package for 3 weeks. When they finally located it, (they had it the whole time) they told us it was originally delivered to the wrong address and thry would not redeliver it unless we paid addition so postage due..... even after we went in to pick it up they wouldnt let us have it unless we paid and additional $15!! And the rude lady behind the counters response, if you dont like it, we can send it back. These were back to school clothes for our Kindergartener!!

Helpful and friendly! Called for information on setting up pickup for a new small business and they gave me all the information I needed and picked everything up with no problems!

Lets see I shipped a package with an address in TX and the USPS sent it to NY. Last time i checked NY is not TX. No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt they suck
