I have never had such bad customer service. When i come to this post office its repeatedly bad with the same person. Went today to pick up a package and one of the employees (who is very nice) went and got his boss to help because it was busy. The lady was a total c*nt. Got my package and it was all beat up i asked her about it and she tossed it on the counter and said because its so heavy (one was 5 pounds and the other was not even close to 2 pounds) Went and got the second package dropped it on the ground and then picked it up and tossed it on the counter. I confronted her about that one as well and she said its too bad next time find another carrier like FedEx. Old hag needs to retire, ive worked in the customer service industry for 30 years and i would never treat someone that badly for absolutely no reason. I have never been to a post office that has been run so poorly and had such sh*ty management, i have no clue how this lady got moved up to being a boss but she puts a bad name for all working women. Words can not express how much i hate this post office and its a shame because the good workers get such a bad rap because of c*nt bosses like the one i had to deal with today.

The rest of the reviews pretty much speak for themselves, and for me as well. Lost packages, lost mail, poor excuses, can never get anybody at this post office to answer their phone. Today I was expecting to receive a small package from Amazon which, of course, did not get delivered even though their tracking information said it did. Went to the post office in person to complain and to ask where my package from Amazon was. The lady I spoke to at the post office couldnt have possibly been less interested if she tried. I knew my complaints and concerns about my lost package were falling on deaf ears and that nothing would be done about it. I would gladly pay Amazon more for shipping if they would STOP sending me things that go through this post office - because the chances are more likely than not, that I wont get it.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, let alone being treated with courtesy and respect! This office is the worst post office I have ever dealt with! The staff are short, rude, and unapologetic. We have had lost mail, delayed mail, rude mail carriers who refused to take mail I marked return to sender, and not even addressed to me, etc. On top of that, mail that I requested to be forwarded to my new address was stopped and rerouted to the address of a family member, at the request of a family member. This was done without consulting with me first!!! All mail with my name on it then was sent to someone with the same last name and caused a great deal of confusion and many issues! Bottom line, the staff is unprofessional and completely unreliable when I needed help sorting out a lot of confusion.

I have several issues with this specific location - too numerous to count. I make complaints, Im given an apology and an excuse and then the same thing or something else happens. The excuses are always the same; our systems were down, my carrier retired or was on vacation/sick (I dont think Ive had much of a regular carrier in the five years Ive lived in LO) or that they "just didnt see" the outgoing mail sign on my apartment mailbox. Ive was told to buy a brighter colored ribbon to hang outside the mailbox to let the carrier know I have outgoing mail. Just last week, my carrier delivered mail and left a "Sorry we missed you" postcard in the box without even buzzing me to see if I was home (which I was). The excuse when I complained? It wasnt my regular carrier.

I have lived in 3 countries, and 10 different cities. This PO is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They will not answer their phones (called 14 times in a row before anyone would answer over a 20 minute period), they mis-deliver or skip deliveries of mail, the schedule for delivery varies by hours on a daily basis and they are soooo slow in the office. I had to rate them with at least one star to be able to post this review. I dont really think they even deserve that. If I had a choice of service to use, I would definitely pick another option. It would be great if someone read these reviews and actually responded to the issues that they repeatedly have. Im sure that there are qualified people somewhere in the area.

As others have said Pretty much the worst possible service you could get stuck with its unfortunate that Amazon and most others use usps. Numerous complaints have been filed for our mail man straight up refusing to deliver mail getting wrong mail, mail practically falling out the box rammed in with the door hanging open. And in exchange you get excuses when confronted. etc etc... very little has been resolved. expected delivery dates are right about half the time. Individuals who work inside are clueless and rude. Pretty much what you expect from a unionized government service... poor and not going anywhere. The whole place needs shutdown and re worked. Absolutely horrible service. Doesnt even deserve one star.

I have never dealt with such incompetent people. My mail is always screwed up. Not receiving mail, getting neighbors mail, my neighbors getting my mail, packages being out for delivery for days only for them to tell me we dont know where your package is. Then filing a claim with customer service and then receiving that package 2 months later. Really? you dont know where my package went? The truck driver sending my packages back to sender because she is to lazy to get out of her truck and leave it at my door step. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is.

I know these reviews fall on deaf ears but I feel obligated to write one anyway. We recently moved from Rochester Hills and had no idea how lucky wed been with our mail service. Now, our mail is often delivered to the wrong address, delivered late, skipped all together or crammed into the mailbox damaging items. We are truly astounded at how bad it is here. The post office needs to be held accountable just like any other business (although it explains why its a failing business) - shame on all those employees who are taking advantage of their "government status".

I would never EVER use there service if I had a choice. Ive had every problem that could possibly happen, happen with this place. Lost mail, receiving my neighbors mail, and having false claims filed on why they conveniently couldnt deliver a package such as "We couldnt deliver your package because your mailbox was blocked." Dont even attempt to go inside to get any help. All theyll do is blame yourself for why THEY couldnt get their job done. Even when you have proof they still deny it. Place is an absolute joke.

Zero stars actually, but had to select one to post a review. Terrible service. Just spent 1/2 hour calling over 15 times... it rings a few times then goes to fast busy. No one picks up the phone. I went in person once to complain about not getting mail several days in a row, and was given the "postmasters" phone number (Mike Losiowski), but really it is the main number, which they never answer. Unbelievable.
