Try getting them to answer the phone. yesterday, I was put on hold 7 times; each time I was ultimately cut off without anyone picking up the phone. 3 years ago, I had a delivery problem--same treatment, but ultimately I got someone to answer--I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy. I left my name and number--she never returned the call after several repeated efforts. Yesterday afternoon I sent a complaint to USPS HQ. I later got a call from the Bloomfield Branch asking why I had called. I was at work and my wife answered. I tried again this morning and received the same lengthty hold, followed up by a cutoff. If enough people complain to USPS HQ, maybe something will be done about the arrogant way this branch treats the people its sworn to serve.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Went with my husband today to renew his Pass port. I could not believe how rude the man working the window was. First he gave my husband a form to fill out and then had him get to the back of the line when he was done, which was fine. Then when returning the former he was told now he had to fill out an envelope and get back in line now there are like 15 people in line. Why not have him fill out both the first time? The whole time I was watching and listening to this man. He was not just rude to my husband but everyone. My advice to him. If you dont like your job quit!! Its bad enough we dont like having to go there but to have rude workers make it worse!!

The woman that helped me had THE WORST attitude for someone who works customer service. That is a very unfriendly face to have representing this facility. Not to mention I have NEVER had a representative answer the phones at this facility. I have tried to get in touch with this facility many times with all failed attempts. The woman mentioned above told me "I dont know what they do back there" in regards to no one answering phones. Please hire friendly employees to handle phone calls, so customers can get their questions answered over the phone and not be forced to go to the location and deal with this wretched woman.

Unbelievable. Man was very rude to customers in front of me. 15 people in line and one man working slower than a drunk turtle. Came in to pick a small envelope up that simply could have been left in my mailbox but surprise, some people like me actually have jobs and cant be home in the middle of the day when the USPS man decides to waddle to my front door. Lady in front of me standing at the empty counter next to the one where man was working said she was waiting for a half hour for a package they couldnt find. This place is just incompetent.

Why do they even have a phone number? I called them 3 consecutive days and no amswer. I finally drove there (which is about 20 miles away from my commute) only to be "helped" by a rude worker who simply said my package wasnt there (didnt even bother to entertain me by pretending to check) and essentially he passed the blame to another carrier and I have still have no idea where my package is. I get it, the holidays are busy, but there is no excuse for the way this branch is operating.

I had to ship a lumpy envelope to Japan. I printed out the forms online and then went to the post office to mail to make sure everything was correct. The lady was very helpful and took the time to review the paperwork with me. She said it seemed there was one copy missing, but we could work with what we had. She also gave me some of their pre-printed forms for next time.

I need to set up an appointment to get a new passport for my daughter. I am always on hold and nobody is answering the phone. I cannot always get there to make an appointment and come back again. Will be nice if someone answers the phone. When I come to the post office, everyone is helpful. But phone answering is the problem.

This place is the biggest joke. Can someone tell me why the last pickup on Saturday is 5:30pm but every single time I drop packages off at 3 or 4pm they NEVER GO OUT until Monday? Im glad I rush to get my customers packages out but then they sit there all weekend because you guys are lazy. Thanks a lot!

I have been trying to schedule a passport appointment for 2 weeks and they never answer their phone. The one time they did, I was on hold for over 15 minutes, when finally I just got tired of waiting and hung up. I called back, no answer. It is ridiculous!

This location is the local package holding center. Try to call them and its futile. The phone keeps ringing and then they pick up and hang up on you. About worthless as it comes. Sad.
