Update 4/28/17 The postal carriers for this area are terrible. My neighbor caught the carrier throwing packages down my drive way. When the carrier saw her she walked back and picked it up and laid it to the side. Then, we went on vacation and put in a hold mail notice. I got a confirmation for it. When I got home my neighbor comes over with a grocery bag full of mail. They never did hold it. Ridiculous. I called and complained again. Now the carrier is saying she is handing packages directly to a resident which is not true. Just now she threw another package down my driveway it hit the side of my home so loud my dog started barking. Where oh where could my parcel be, oh where oh where could it be? These people have no clue. Our mail carrier comes anytime of the day or late at night. When I first moved here our mail came at 10:00 am every day. Then it started coming later & later. Now you never know when they are going to come, 10:00 am, noon, 7:00 pm. Ive even had them leave mail in the afternoon and come back & put something else in the box at 7:00 pm. God forbid if you need to sign for a package, not going to happen. The carrier was leaving boxes on my top step right at the screen door which you can clearly see opens out. I couldnt open my door or it would knock the box off the step. Not good if anything breakable inside. I wrote 2 large signs asking them not to do this, placed one over the mailbox & 1 on the screen door right where they were leaving boxes.That didnt help, they continued to do it. I called to speak to management to complain & she got very condescending towards me about it. Lastly, I have had more people ask me it Ive received something theyve sent me and havent got it. When you try & give them the tracking number they say they cant track it. Whats up with that? I try to avoid using USPS but sometimes it is unavoidable. Hope they get it together soon.

Possibly the worst service ever!!!! If you ever order something where the company signs the package as a signature request and if you live in a townhome or condo area that dont have mail boxes at your door then expect it to never arrive. My mail man lied on 2 notices saying he went to my house to request signature on a small package while I was at home both those days. I went to the office on a Monday before 5pm to get my package and they were closed while their store hours are till 6pm. This then happened second time during beginning of 4pm... They cant even honor their freaken office hours!!!! I then did 3 requests for redeliver and finally got on the phone with someone and the assholes just randomly shipped it back while I did these requests a week before it was resent!!! I am now gonna make sure that my orders wont be with usps.

Totally understand where the negative reviews come from. Im at the mercy of the incompetent and deceitful postal employees who say that my mail was delivered but clearly has not been received by me. I moved to an apartment complex with a centralized mail kiosk 6 months ago. I order items online quite frequently and within these 6 months, have received THREE notifications that packages have been delivered and nothing is in my mailbox. Its such a hassle to call the branch and have them tell me that a key for a larger unit was left in my box. Theres no key! Yet miraculously it shows up the NEXT day. Its like they scan the parcel to reflect its delivered so as to remain in the 2 day time frame that the shipper paid for, yet wait to physically get it to me. Ridiculous

ZERO STARS. This is the worst post office. Housesitting for my sister, I had paid for two day delivery for my sons present. They blew it. Her husband had put a hold on the mail commencing the next day. He called to cancel the hold. They said they would deliver next day. Didnt. I called, they said they would make special trip. They didnt. They deliberately lied, had no intention of making delivery. Went down there, they accused me of mail fraud. Debbie, assistant post master, is belligerent. Their personnel are deceitful. Bunch of unhelpful self interested bureaucrats who care nothing about customer service, let alone honest dealing and integrity. Avoid this post office if you can. If you live in this district, you have my sympathies.

It seems that i am in the minority in that I believe the usps is doing a great job under most difficult circumstance. I recently became home-bound. Since this event the Postmaster and staff at Pinellas Park usps have many times have gone beyond the call of duty in performing their jobs. F nor example, i live in an apartment home complex. The mail carrier delivered to my door many Priority boxes , picked up and delivered mail to my door when all he/she was required to do was leave such items at mailbox three building away.. I thank the Postmaster and the women and men who serve us at the Pinellas Park usps for all they have done and continue to do for their clients.

This post office is operated entirely by people with down syndrome, and I suspect so is the entire postal service. Order a package literally 50 blocks west of this facility. 5 day expected delivery date and it shipped to a Tampa facility before being shipped back to another post office in Pinellas and then to me. If my tax money goes to a postal service that ships packages back and forth to itself I seriously want a refund. I will use UPS and do my banking over the internet thank you very much retard mail service.

Well the USPS just lost another customer. I used this post office for many many years, but this is it. I send out a letter with a card from Pinellas park to St. Petersburg. After a looong 7 days , letter did not make it to a right person. I had to canceled a check that was in it, because I was scared that it got into a wrong hands. After two weeks I got the letter back , with note , that it could not be delivered. I forgot to write down a zip code. Really!!! From now on I will do all I can to avoid post office.

Post office is a joke. We moved in to a new house and they refused to deliver mail until we got a street box but no one else in the neighborhood has a street box. The mail man even walks through our yard directly in front of our door where the original mailbox is and still will not deliver. Ive tried to pick up the mail at the office and they stated we had no mail. Even after i showed them the tracking number that says the mail was sitting there. Horrible service, manager was even worse.

Always friendly when I drop off my parcels and I love that they are open till 6pm. Because I tend to print my postage at home, I skip the line and put them right on the counter. During my Christmas rush, I went to drop some parcels off before 8am at the Automatic Teller, and the worker had just happened to refill the paper for the machine. She asked if my items had their postage (they did), so she walked me to the door to the back and took them then and there.
