I have to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to Madeira Beach post office because Madeira Beach post office is awesome. Seminole is the WORST! Unfortunately they are right down the street from me and I run a home business so Im at the post office 6 days a week, so its annoying to have to drive that far because these people are incompetent. They dont know how to scan a form, if you drop packages off they dont get scanned, they lose packages and dont seem to care, the staff seems to not know anything on top of being slow. Getting my mail is just as annoying. I was expecting a package and stood by the mail box to make sure I got it when the mail man was coming. He didnt give me the package so when I asked "no package?" he rolled his eyes and said (like it was so hard to do his job) "yeah....theres a package". I need my supplies for my business and it takes FOREVER for them to get them to me. Im moving out of seminole due to this whole thing. Avoid Seminole post office if you want good service.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive been trying to contact for 5 days to get ahold of my package. The carrier wouldnt deliver because my apartment number wasnt on the package. The office was open and the package couldve been left there. The office phones are never picked up. Nobody in the office will assist you. For 3 days I called the office to be told a supervisor would be contacting me. I took time off of work to go to the post office and the teller wouldnt leave the counter to see if the package was "in the back" nor would call for help. My package was missing for about 4 days and nobody cared to look for it. I just got a text update that my package was being forwarded this morning. To add to the situation it took USPS three months to get me this package from China. I will be contacting a regional supervisor if this situation isnt resolved or addressed. To be getting decent wages and benefits these people in no way live up to their "customer service" policy.

Absolute worst mail deliverers in this county. Had numerous drivers in 2015, every single one of them refuse to get out of their trucks. They wont leave a pink slip either to let you know that they were too lazy to get out of their truck. By the time they DO leave a pink slip to go pickup your package, you only have 1 day to go claim it at the post office before they return it to the sender. Im sure one of these days theyll neglect to deliver something that could end up ending a life. Nobody will care though. Ive left numerous complaints, and nothing ever gets done about it. They probably havent even logged them. They are a perfect example of the incompetence and waste of funding that government run programs are. Edit: They have started up again. "We attempted to deliver your item at 4:48 pm on June 15, 2017 in SEMINOLE, FL 33772 and a notice was left" I was standing outside washing my vehicles from 4:10 to roughly 5:30. No one stopped by my mailbox.

Unprofessional clerk... Asian Lady with long hair and stained face was prying on my mail...and asking personal questions. Total violation of privacy and a Federal offense. DOESN"T SHE KNOW THIS?. Afterwards I called my dad, a retired postal worker in NY upper West side and he advised me to call her supervisor for her prying was inappropriate/illegal under FEDERAL LAW. Called and complaint with Candy, her Supervisor. Candy was very sweet and apologized for the ladys violation and told me she would speak to her. Problem solved :) Objectively speaking, everyone else is professional and friendly. But this lady needs some training. Im surprise she works here. AS AMERICANS... its good to KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! When your rights are violated, SPEAK UP!

Was on hold on the phone for more than 20 minutes. I finally had to call back and I let the phone ring 30 times before someone picked up. I then had to deal with mumbling from someone who sounded half asleep and totally uninterested in what was going on. I told them a package of mine had been delivered to an old address where I have no lived in more than two years. She said she would ask the carrier to hold it...this after she JUST told me the package had been delivered days ago, so that was an outright lie just to get rid of me. I used to work retail, so if youre going to feed the customer a line of crap to shut them up, at least have the decency to be intelligent about it.

Lazy goof off gossipy whiners -- that pretty much sums it up They Stink ... Number 1 ... dont hang around an gossip for 15 minutes with some OLD JERK who gossips like an OLD LADY- when youre supposed to be delivering mail - jeez -- you dont ACT like youre running late !!! You ACT like you need to GOOF OFF. Number 2 ... if you want to compete with FedEx and UPS - you need to stop jerking people around about small packages. Dont use every excuse possible to hold a package at the office - STOP WHINING and DELIVER IT - Im done -- everything that can goes UPS or FEDEX -and everything I can do electronicly I will - I gave you a fair shot and ya blew it

This is the least responsive and unprofessional post office Ive encountered. They had a package of mine for three full days. I called multiple times to ask them to deliver it to my house, but they were so disorganized and were not even aware that they had it on hand. I finally had my husband drive into the post office to learn that the package had been shipped back to the company earlier that day. Now I am not able to receive my items because they have sold out from the site. Its very frustrating to work with the post office in general but this one has been the worst by far.

Phone is busy 100% of the time. Gainesville post office actually answered their phone and was willing to speak about a package. While we have no choice of a USPS local office, I still think it should be on record that this office is bad. Additionally, Ive had multiple seasonal employees throw my packages at my door rather than trying the mailbox or knocking--just threw it and left. I would have loved to speak to USPS about these occurrences and provide video evidence, but their phone is ALWAYS a busy dial-tone (beep, beep, beep...)

The worst service ever. I requested a 10 day mail hold and for 10 days the mail was delivered. Do the mail personnel know how to read? Why does the post office have a tab for hold mail when its not being used by their employees. What a waste of time when the post office does stupid stuff like this. This is not the first incident that this is happened. The last three times was either delivered or withheld for an extra three or four days. What does it take to have something done properly by the United States Post Office.

They wont deliver our mail bc our car is parked on a PUBLIC ROAD, they said if a car is blocking within 30 ft they dont have to deliver. Straight up BS! They said there not allowed to get out of their vehicle but yet they get out to drop off packages! My neighbors block my mailbox and Im penalized for it! The people on the phone is rude! I go days sometimes not getting my mail! Then they never come at the same time of the day so you dont know when to make sure your mailbox is open. I HATE USPS SEMINOLE!
