This is by far the slowest post office, I ever waited in line at. Unfortunately, I am there 3 times a week and it has a line out the door, whether its a holiday or not. The people at the counter are very nice ,but so slow in taking care of the long line. Not only that, they will close up their station to go handle something else, while 10 people wait for 1 employee to handle our needs. You cant weigh your envelope or purchase stamps in the lobby, although there is plenty of room to set this type of service up for convenience. If you also have home delivery from this location, dont count on your privacy being important. I have called at least 3 times, because my neighbor to the left gets my mail and I get the neighbor to my rights mail. If your employees continue to provide a unprofessional representation of your company, than its time to hire new employees. Make some changes and give your customers the service we deserve!

If I could add no stars I would. This post office is thee most inconsiderate of all times. I had my package medicine/ clothing etc delivered multiple times. I never received the package. It was saying delivered but, I really never got my package, so I call the office, for one they never called me back, thank god one day my husband stood next to out mail box and the mail carrier, admitted she forgot some packages because its so busy, they have to many new carriers everyday. The professional thing would be to call the customer/ homeowner back considering Im telling you its my medicine and it shouldnt matter its my package and I paid for it. Their just rude, disrespectful.

I have been waiting for 2 months to get a mail box installed at my apartment building in chesterfield township and Nancy, the postmaster has assured me, every week for five weeks that it will be done by wednesday. She never calls me back and never answers the phone when I do try to call. I cannot believe the incompetence of this place. She even went on vacation for two weeks and didnt tell anyone what was happening so I had to wait for her to get back to give me one small piece of information to proceed. That was 5 weeks ago and I still dont have a mailbox. This woman is useless!!!!! Please replace her!!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Every experience Ive had with New Baltimore post office has been horrible, Ive been hung up on several times, and thats when they even answer the phone, mail and packages arrive anywhere from weeks to months late, which has never been an issue in any other city Ive lived in. Never been so disappointed in mail service. Also, have read through the other reviews and noticed a few complaints of packages being lost or forgotten at the post office, have a feeling that may be whats happening in my situation. Absolutely no excuse for not receiving mail on time.

Good,but lines are long and slow. They Need to pull someone out of the back to help on the registers when they get busy so people dont have to wait in line so long. One time when I had a package in an envelope that were both opened before I receive them and took them up there to complain the manager told me that that did not happen even though I had the evidence right in front of her face that it did and she was very rude about it and then I tried to call their 800 number to complain but no one ever answered the phone so the post office in kiss my butt Ill use UPS

I would give them NO stars if I could.I had the worst experience ever trying to mail my daughters wedding invitations. I spoke to three different woman and got three different prices. Unfortunately I had to pay the highest price they came up with or I wouldnt have been able to mail them. Then I found out that at least ten were lost in the mail. Im not lying. DO NOT go here to mail wedding invites unless you want to get screwed. I tried to complain but got nowhere. They took a deaf ear to my complaint.

LONG LINES. NEVER ENOUGH HELP. PASSPORTS SEEM TO TAKE PERFERENCE OVER CUSTOMERS WITH **MAIL** TO BE SHIPPED OUT. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU LEAVE PACKAGES WITH PREPAID POSTAGE LABELS ON THEM, THEY ARE NEVER SCANNED AS BEING ACCEPTED AT POST OFFICE, AND THEY ARE SCANNED ONLY WHEN THEY REACH THEIR NEXT DESTINATION. DEFEATING THE ON LINE SELLERS WHO RELY ON ACCURATE SCANNING OF PACKAGES!

The people working are friendly enough, but there are never enough people working, the lines are long, they take FOREVER and my mail never arrives when they say it will. I sent a package 2 day priority just last week and it was 2 days later than the stated delivery date. Not the first time this has happened. Id go to a different post office of there was one closer.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This post office is consistently and sickeningly under-staffed. If youre dropping off a package, expect there to be a minimum 25-minute wait. I have NEVER experienced such terrible management. If it was sufficiently staffed, the poor workers wouldnt have to suffer the neverending lines of disgruntled customers. It is just sad.

This place is a joke. Lost mail, late mail, wont answer the phone, have to go in shop to get any info. People in the back too busy playing around to answer the phone, typically get different prices depending on the day and person youre working with. Dumbasses are at work and need to do work things, not dick around

I have called two days in a row; no one answered the first day and I got hung up on eventually after waiting, the second day I could hear someone had answered and was doing things in the background and I kept saying hello and trying to talk, pretty sure they just dont deal with phone calls... HORRIBLE.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD, SAT ON HOLD UNTIL THEY CLOSED, WHAT IS THAT? EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE SHOULD BE FIRED! I was on hold for over an hour they first answered the phone and said please hold then at 6:01 pm the line went dead. This place is terrible.

This post office has EXCELLENT customer service. They have gone above and beyond for me when an item has been lost (even without a tracking number) to assist in finding my lost piece of mail!
