One of the most efficient businesses you can use. This facility has the best counter help you could ask for. I have used them for 30 years and only once had a less than excellent experience. Pleasant, knowledgeable and they go out their way to get everyone waited on as pleasantly as possible. But remember they are dealing with the public, some of whom do not know the proper way to behave and are ignorant of how a post office and postage works, not an easy job and not a job I would want. Kudos to the Dunedin Post Office!

WORST customer service! Line out the door, finaly get to the counter to the quietest woman there had to ask her to speak up so then the woman rudely explains that I have the wrong form. Asks for a "value" but didnt explain what that even meant until I broke it down Barney Style that she wasnt making herself clear. I will never use this location again and will give you bad reviews EVERY TIME someone mentions a post office!!

I have come to this post office location at least half a dozen times including during the Christmas madness, and preparing to send wedding invitations. The staff is always helpful, patient, kind, and does everything they can to help their customers. I have NEVER been to another USPS with the same dedication to customer service as this location. The men and women here are the best!

Rather small "main" post office, but very well organized with enough self-service equipment to allow off-hours help in doing simple mail. The counter help is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service lines do sometimes get somewhat long during "prime" times & seasons but probably no more than most other post offices. Ample spaces in the parking lot.

Actually one of the first Post Office experiences I have ever had. I was really upset that they dont even attempt to deliver packages to the door of the area I lived, but they absolutely had a good reason that was explained to me. The people are not always the most friendly but you can definitely tell those that enjoy their job.

Very poor service. They deliver when they feel like it and will stop delivering for any reason without notice. 3 times in a yr they have held our mail without notice. When I call the main office they are very rude and never call back when they say they will.

They are often quite helpful, despite being under a tremendous amount of traffic. Although youll have to wait, the service provided usually fits the bill. Your tax dollars at work here people, so be sure to take every advantage of the opportunity here

Poor service! Very unreliable mail is never delivered even remotely the same time! Not to mention the main office isnt ever open when it is supposed to be!
