This is my favorite post office in Tampa Florida the postal workers here are very friendly fast and efficient I buy all my stamps here mail my mail and I buy postage stamps here also mail out any packages from this branch of the u.s. post office its a huge post office with plenty of p.o.boxes if you need one and at least 45 parking spaces its across the way from the Lowes department store on stall Road n Dale Mabry Highway

Horrible. The employees were completely flippant about a package that their carrier misplaced. Instead of even offering an answer I was blamed for not having "something right" on my end. Never using USPS again, and I also completely understand why American public has lack of confidence in USPS. Stick to Fed Ex and UPS

DO NOT WASTE MONEY INSURING YOUR ITEM. USPS DOES NOT HONOR CLAIMS. THEY DENY YOU RIGHT AWAY . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THEY LOST MY PACKAGE CONTAINING 191 DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF. NO I LOST ALL THAT MONEY BECAUSE THEY DELIVERED ITEM TO WRONG ADDRESS. LOST PACKAGE AND THEY DID NOTHING.

I dont have any complaints. I live right down the street and this is a quick and easy accessible post office to use quite often. I love the staff here they are very helpful and knowledgeable I would drive across town just to come to this post office if I really needed something taken care of.

When calling them a woman picks up the phone, was rude, didnt even let me finish what I was saying before she said she couldnt help me and gave me another number to call. Wow talk about bad customer service.

I havent had any issues at this post office, or any rude workers, and Im really glad this place is open until 7 on weekdays and open briefly on Saturdays.

This location NEEDS MORE SELF SERVICE KIOSKS! More than once, Ive left an unnecessarily long line to instead ship my package at the nearby FedEx.
