Why is there no option for zero stars? Drivers cant read the clearly marked numbers on my mailbox. Apparently 653, 663 and 683 are the same address and they just drop mail and packages at whatever location they choose. This is not a once in a while issue. Ongoing for a few years and I dont see an end any time soon. Update on 5/22/17 Apparently I need to go visit them since they wont answer their phone. Amazon package marked as delivered yesterday and guess what...its not here. Imagine that. All of the employees, including Tim the Postmaster, are completely worthless.

Limited parking, but its usually adequate, and its all head-in on an angle, reducing traffic problems. (So much better than the parking at the Gahanna Post Office.) Employees are efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. When the line of customers grows long, the reason is more likely to be customer indecision / questions than employee slowness. I think that this office is handling much more traffic than the USPS expected because the location just off East Broad Street is convenient.

If you have to visit a USPS location, avoid this one. I always get the same rude lady or a man who never speaks or smiles. I actually recorded a video of 4-5 people waiting in line to be helped for about 12-15 minutes. We kept ringing the bell and all we got was a bunch of workers in the back complaining about customers. Someone eventually decided to come help us, although one man was understandably upset and left.

The quality of customer service here is poor. If you have a very simple request (purchase a stamp) you should be fine, anything outside of that, you will get sassy remarks, attitude, and general poor treatment. Try to avoid Employee Pam (her demeaning sidebar comments can agitate your day-not a child of the light personality at all.) Hope that helps your planning process!

The woman at the counter refused to give me a scan receipt for my packages even though I waited in line. I am aware that I can set my labeled packages on the counter and bypass the line, but I stood in line to receive a scan receipt, which is something offered at every other post office I go to.

There is an older blonde lady that works here and every encounter Ive had with her has been terrible. She is so rude and condescending. Due to her demeanor I avoid this post office and go to the one in Reynoldsburg. Such better service and much more polite and professional!

Can I give them a MINUS ONE? Substitute drivers cant deliver mail to correct address. Mail continually gets delivered to wrong address. I have called them and they just dont care. Sad. Maybe they are understaffed. But the people living in this area suffer.

The Blacklick Postal Service provides great service. The mail carriers are personality plus. Kudos Paris and Kudos to Don at the facility always pleasant and makes my day. You both are an asset to your organization. Keep up the great work.

All I have to say is that my experience has always been very pleasent when I need to stop in. Always a hello when you walk in the door. Smiles and willing to help! High five for this crew!

I have been receiving mail at this post office for years. The people working there are always pleasant to deal with. I have always gotten what ever I needed to do, done!

The service is good depending on who you get. The African American girl with braids is rude and doesnt give accurate information.
