I hate to write bad reviews. Today I called about a package that has said in transit to destination(Pickerington) from Columbus for 3 days. It does not take 3 for a package that has tracking to be in destination that long. As I was talking to a lady in the post office at 6:29am I was explaining what was going on. Next thing I know there is an man on the phone talking to me. How hard is it to ask me to hold on instead of just transferring me to someone else with no notification at all. Customer service is going down the drain.

If I could give a lower review of this post office, I would do so. The post office would not deliver my over nighted letter within the time frame I paid, then, when I called to inquire about why my letter had sat at their post office for over three days without anything being done, I spoke to a woman named Jamie, who was terribly rude. When I informed her of her rude behavior, she proceeded to hang up on me. Hopefully, I can find a way to use a different method of delivery when sending things to this location from now on.

I would go lower as well if I could. I had a simple question of if my package was there and was going to be there all day, and it hadnt gone out for delivery that day, then I could I pick it up at the post office. I never got to my question. She answered the phone rudely and angrily, and cut me off every time I was about to ask my question. After five minutes of being on the phone with her, most almost of that time spent being on hold, i decided it wasnt worth my time. This postal office is horrible.

I called at five till 6 PM, to see if they can stay open for two more minutes so I can pick up a certified letter. And when I got there at 6:05pm- they allowed me to sign for it, after business hours. Much appreciated for going out of the way!!

What a trainwreck of a Post Office. First the mail carrier managed to rip the door off of my mailbox and then smash it with his truck. Thanks. Second, I get more of my neighbors mail than I do my own. Get it together!

My post man is AWESOME!!! and whenever I visit the post office between Kathy, Eddie and the other lady they are GREAT! ALthough another man waited in me the other day and he was sooo helpful. Love the Pickerington PO!

Wonderful staff at the counter. Over the phone is another story. Ms. Sandys, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Diane are all awesome and make me feel welcomed every time Im there. Front desk should get 5 stats but the phone staff suck.

I went in to buy a stamp and drop off a few letters today just before 6 PM and was delighted by the pleasant and kind service provided by my postal worker, Kathy. Thanks for your help, Kathy! :)
