I moved into a rental home about 2 months ago that this post office services. Since I moved in on October 1st I have not gotten not 1 piece of mail. I have called the post office several times and even went to the post office personally. They told me that there used to be a box in the front of the yard for delivery and that a new box needed to be put up before they would deliver. After speaking with the owner of the home im renting. He stated that THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A BOX IN THE DRIVE WAY. No one on our whole street on both sides has a mail box with a pole. We all have Door slots or door boxes for our mail. The Manager of this post office told me that he believed his carrier and that I had to rent a box from them at $60.00 or buy a new pole and box before they would deliver. WHY THE HELL CANT THEY PUT THE MAIL IN THE DOOR SLOT LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO? The owner of my rental is refusing to put a box up because then his "GRAND FATHERED" in door box will no longer be used by the post office like it has been since the house was built. The over weight mail carrier who delivers the mail is too lazy to walk up to the door and instead holds the mail in the truck for weeks and then sends it back to the sender marked as undelivered ( when there is a BOX outside my house and my house has the NUMBERS right on it.). I have even called the government in regards to this. NOTHING IS BEING DONE! Ive tried to speak with the mail carrier as well and she stated that she didnt get any mail for me ( WHICH I KNOW IS A BOLD FACE LIE) I have had my electric shut off b/c I NEVER GOT MY BILL! I have also had checks come up missing that was mailed to me.... HORRIBLE POST OFFICE! THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD MONITOR THIS OFFICE FOR COMPLIANCE. If they cant get carriers to do their job correctly, then they need to get NEW CARRIERS! From what I understand messing with someones mail is a FEDERAL OFFENCE punishable but YEARS in jail.. WHY IS THIS BEING ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING WITHIN THIS POST OFFICES JURISDICTION. THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE!

1st time visit to my new PO today~ Awful. Needed keys for my new residence mailbox. The rep behind the counter was courteous. The JERK standing behind him wasnt. The entire conversation between the rep and I was in regard to the keys, turning them in when I move, etc. I can only ASSUME the PO employee that listened in our conversation was the maker of the keys, the one to install the new lock and the one, who, if I lose the keys would be out a years salary. He carried on and on about how the PO SHOULDNT be giving out keys, how its a ridiculous system, How its WRONG, how THESE people should know better, they should turn their keys into management upon moving...these mobile home parks blah blah blah. All I could do was look at him in disbelief. I may just return to the PO tomorrow and remind that POS ARROGANT GINGER that while hes out sweating his A** off delivering MY SS check, Ill be out on MY boat on MY LAKE. You know, thats how us inconsiderate trailer people live. SMDH

bought a home in tarpon springs and still remodeling and not moved in yet......and i got mail for first 2 weeks even tho we havent even forwarded our mail yet. then for over 2 wks my key for comm. p.o. boxes didnt work.....i had to watch for postal worker and finally caught up w/him and he said they changed our box and our key doesnt work.......the us postal worker never notified us they chg. our box w/out notifying us and he said they sent all our mail, mortgage docs etc., back to sender without even notifying us that our key didnt work because they changed our p.o. box.......who does that.....therefore ill be filing complaint with postmaster general......as we went several times to t.sprgs post office and they never once informed us they chg our box w/out notifying us.

We had a bumpy start when we first moved in. Granted, our mailbox didnt have a number but we did have the sign by our front door. After having a missing package. I called them to see what happened. Well, the delivery guy, for some reason, delivered to my neighbors mailbox. But he had a picture and everything of the package. I guess this might had happened bc the address was empty for so long. Since then, I have no complains. We get all the main that was sent to our previous address. I go very often to their main location and the clerks are always very polite and helpful. Always ready to answer my questions and to provide assistance with shipping options.

MY REGULAR POST PERSON IS ON VACATION.......... AS A BUSINESS OWNER I DEPEND ON THE MAIL SERVICE FOR PAYMENTS AND PAYCHECK FOR MY EMPLOYEES TO BE RECEIVED. ON FRIDAY FEB 7... NO MAIL WAS DELIVERED... PAYCHECK DAY! ON SATURDAY FEB 8... NO MAIL WAS DELIVERED... WHERE ARE MY EMPLOYEES PAYCHECKS? ON MONDAY FEB 10 AT NOON...... NO MAIL RECEIVED... WHERE ARE MY EMPLOYEES PAYCHECKS? MONDAY FEB 10 @12:15PM.... MY EMPLOYEES PAYCHECK HAVE ARRIVED..... ALONG WITH MAIL FOR DONOVANS INSURANCE AND ADDRESSES ON HIBISCUS ST. I DID NOT KNOW I WAS NOW BEING EMPLOYED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE IN TARPON TO DELIVER THIS MAIL.

Unable to track my package since it arrived to my local post office. Finally found out it was labeled with the wrong address. Was able to get someone on the phone once last week to see if I could get any info on where/when I could get my package and was given nothing other than it should be going back to sender and I should see updates shortly. That was a week ago. Now I cant get ahold of anyone at the post office. There have been no updates through USPS package tracking. Looks like I wont be getting that fathers day gift on time anymore.

Every year we inform the Tarpon Springs P.O, of our temporary change of address IN PERSON and more often than not, none of our mail gets forwarded to our Canadian address. This has cost us in time and money on several occasions and of course, there is no recourse. When one tries to call them they dont answer their phones. Granted that the service is free, but if there is no service, that ends up being more expensive than what a monthly fee would be. In Canada, we pay for the forwarding service but its reliable. Please clean up your act!

They would be great if they delivered our mail only. They continue delivering other peoples mail to MY HOME people who dont live here. STOP DELIVERING WHAT IS NOT OURS. Im going to have to go to the Postmaster to complain in person. Take time off from work to go be angry at a place that supported my family growing up. My Father worked for USPS for over 30 years. How truly sad it is how it is now. This is BS - how many times do you have to say stop bringing this stuff to our home. Your just going to have to pick it back up tomorrow.
