They have lost my mail three times now, the excuss for the first two times was the mail man thought there was no one living there, even though he delivered mail to my roommates the same day I called about it, and now this time oh if a place is sending multiple letters they can stick together and be sent to the next city or out of state like really? This is the wrose post office ever, if I could have a different post office ran my mail I would, and if I could give this place less than a single star than I would, plain lauanuge, this place sucks. I do have to say the lady the answered the phone was nice but that still does not cut down on the suckyness that is this post office.

The most frustrating experience ever! The mail delivery person actually lied and said that I refused my delivery when no one even tried to deliver it!!! I was at home expecting the package so it wasnt refused...there was never an attempt to deliver it! Why would I ever refuse a package I ordered and paid for...the most horrible service ever!

Your office really stinks ur drivers are lazy I was home all day on Thursday all day I check my mail I have a pick up card I work Friday cant get it so I figure Saturday but ur the only office closed on Christmas eve my gift cards for my kids Christmas are stuck at ur office cause ur lazy driver didnt get outta the truck to knock on the door

Phone has busy tone no matter what time you call. Cant even get through to speak with someone. Zero help. This is so frustrating. Especially when other facilities tell me to call THIS one. Atleast the other ones answer the phone or atleast have an answering service to call you back!

According to my tracking number, the item arrived at my apartment today. Well, guess what? No package arrived and no note letting me know it arrived and to pick it up was left in my mailbox. Not the first time my mail has been lost!

Mail came three weeks late. Our normal driver is not friendly and when were renovating he decided to stop delivering. I understand the two star rating now.

No retail customer facilities at all. This is only for postal employees, not a normal post office - you cant even buy stamps here

What is the point in a post office that offers no services to the public? They have a door, but it leads to a tiny 4 x 4 room.
