Nice gym. Smaller than your average gym but still has a decent amount of equipment. Steve, the owner is really friendly and straight forward. The gym reminds me of a garage gym where you go in to get work done and get out. Pros: -Great free weight collection -Rarely crowded -24hrs -Tires out back -Good atmosphere Cons: -Not the newest equipment (it is all still 100% functional) -Not much open space

The only real gym left in town. Everyone there are nice willing to help out. Steve the owner is super nice. 24 hour access. If your tired of fighting over machines and looking for cable attachments. Try Lion Heart Gym, all the free weights you can use and every machine you could want. You know your at a real gym when there are three squat racks and three dead lift areas.

This is the kind of gym you dream about. Old school, full of iron, chalk, tires, motivational quotes on the wall, iron, more iron, and even more iron. It has everything an aspiring powerlifter or bodybuilder needs. Its like something out of a Rocky movie, its amazing. You dont find gyms like this anymore, a real gem.
