Recently moved to the area and have been a member of Planet Fitness elsewhere. Although a new facility I was somewhat disappointed with the same front desk staff who was rude on two different occasions. The clocks are all wrong and the ladies locker room has shower curtains half hanging off the rods. The paper used to clean equipment is very very thin and you need a great amount to be able to efficiently clean the equipment as required. The Planet Fitness I came from was so clean and the staff was always doing something to keep the facility very nice. Not here, lots of Just standing around at the front desk. Kinda sad because this facility could be top notch too.

This location is brand new, but all the Planet Fitness locations in the area Ive been to are clean with polite & helpful staff. Therere always plenty of towels and cleaner to wipe down the equipment located throughout the gym. Although one can get a good workout in, Planet Fitness does not have a lot of free-weights for those who like to lift heavy. Currently the equipment is new and in perfect working order. I hope the staff and owner will keep these things the same since its a great local gym.

Love the gym and extras you get with the Black Card. DONT like that management doesnt monitor the 30 minute circuit area. I have tried 6 times now to complex the circuit and cant because people just come in and start doing sets on the weights. Whats the point in a 30 minute express circuit if you cant get to the machines? Its always between 5-6:30pm. Come on management, there is always 3-4 staff congregating at the front desk, have someone monitor that area!

Been with planet fitness for a whyle I love this location its a verry friendly atmosphere and verry well kept aposed to the Indianola location, but like all PF locations there missing a department I wish they had speed bags, headache bags, punching & heavy bags I wish PF would build a little room full of that stuff that would make it the PERFECT gym other than that everything is great if go early and late when there not bussy.

Great place to get a solid workout without worrying about judgement from those working out around you! Great environment for those looking to get fit at any level, at any age! Staff does a fantastic job of keeping the gym and amenities clean! Just wish it was 24 hours every day and the fitness trainer had hours that fit my schedule a little better, as there arent many classes offered in the evenings!

This gym is always immaculately clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Although weekday evenings can be quite busy, Ive only ever had to wait on equipment once or twice over the course of the month and a half Ive been attending this gym. The only thing I will say is that the "24/5" hours make very little sense, but Ive never had any issues getting to the gym to work out while they are open.

This showers here are very unreliable today the water was barely warm enough to take a shower and worst of all is the pressure the lowest bidder did a good job here!!!!The water in the mens restroom quit working and the showers have no where to hang your towels or clothes you took off. They finally installed towel hooks and the water seems to be working better now... Congratulations

I love the CW branch. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I spent some time with the personal trainer in early May and am already seeing results. The place is new and clean. With the exception of Mondays, its pretty easy to get through your workout with no wait. Im definitely getting my moneys worth and enjoying the journey!

The overnight staff is nice. Everything is clean and the equipment is in great shape. The cops in the area are assholes though. Got pulled over after working out and the cop was saying I stole from Walmart. He let me go after the other cops paged him, letting him know the found the real suspect.

3/29/2017 9am Its brand new! Latest equipment. This one has stair machines unlike some other locations. It isnt the biggest location but it is in a convenient location. Lets hope they keep it clean. Will give an update in a few months but as of now its great!

The Canal Winchester location is brand new and well-kept. I enjoy the staff as well. Two times I lost my card... they kept it at the desk the first time and retrieved it from the floor while I worked out the second time. Awesome. No complaints.

The staff is always friendly when I come in. If I have any questions, they are always prepared with an answer. Also, it is not freezing like some gyms Ive tried. They keep a perfect balance between what is comfortable before & during work outs.

Really upset that they changed their hours. I got a membership because it was close to home and advertised to be a 24 hour gym. Now they have dumb hours that dont make sense. Hopefully this changes soon so I dont have to cancel my membership.

Beautiful new place in Canal. Super nice and helpful employees. Very clean gym. And awesome new top of the line tanning beds. I cant believe all the amenities you get for a monthy $20 membership fee!! Great deal..cant be beat!

No pressure. Get in, work out, and leave. This location is always clean when I go which is several times a week. I dont use the tanning beds or massage chairs. No bells and whistles for me and I love the Canal location.
