Our experience with Premium Painters Pinellas was awesome. In Oct 2016 we hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets and walls. Mark was amazing. He promptly returned my call and completed our estimate the same day! He explained every detail and gladly offered suggestions when I asked. It was obvious that he cared about his customers.Our painter, Louis, was just as wonderful. He moved about the house very quietly and was extremely polite and careful of our home. I was amazed at his ability to complete the job so quickly and so well! Both he and Mark wiped their feet and offered to take their shoes off. The job was completed on time and inspected by Mark upon completion. Even the lady who answered the phone had top notch customer service skills! We enjoyed every aspect of this company so well that weve hired them again to do a bigger job for us at another location. Another aspect that I loved about everyone I dealt with at Premium Painters, was they werent putting on an act. Each of these people genuinely cared about us and the service they were providing! Thank you all so very much.

Think long and hard before using this company. A kitchen cabinet paint job that was originally supposed to take 8 days ended up taking close to a month. This was because the cabinet doors were painted incorrectly the first time and the second time they were bubble wrapped while the paint was still soft which made bubble wrap imprints in the paint, so they had to be repainted yet again. The principal of this company, Mark, is arrogant, rude and condescending and we had many difficulties with him and the salesman Kevin. When the workmen came to finally install the cabinet doors Mark demanded that we pay the balance of the original quote IN CASH before he would complete the job. At one point Mark told the workers to leave with the rest of the doors still in the van until I paid in cash. This is a company with no integrity and you would be well served to take your business elsewhere.

Very professional organization. They were thorough with the estimate, worked with us on paint colors, and showed up on time the day of the job. They assigned 2 painters to our project for the day, the gentleman were professional, courteous, moved our furniture without complaint, took care to make sure all the furniture was covered and protected. The painters removed their shoes prior to entering the home and the nice part was, I didnt even have to ask. They completed the job as promised, left the remaining paint, put furniture and items back in place, cleaned, and left our home in the same state they found it but with new fresh colors on the wall. Thank you for the great work and I will definitely use Premium Painters again in the future.

My husband and I had just purchased a new condo and needed the whole thing painted. We are from the north, and wanted a the process to be as quick as possible, so we could enjoy our time on the beach, and settling into our new home. Mark, who came to give us our estimate was perfectly punctual and so was the arrival of his crew. He gave us plenty of options on what we could do, with no added pressure. He thought it would take two days to complete, but his crew did it all in ONE DAY (smaller condo). We have no idea how they were able to do such high quality work, in such a short period of time. It was unreal. I did not have to pick up after them, and they were kind and respectful. Wonderful company! Will use them again.

Premium Painters did a great job on some interior paint and crown moldings for us. Getting an estimate was a breeze. Mark was timely and I had the estimate less than 24 hours later. The crown molding came out really great. We even have rounded walls in some areas and everything turned out perfect. John did the painting portion of the job and he was also very courteous and timely. What a great experience. I would definitely use them again!

Mark at Premium Painters delivers professional efficient and meticulous painting service. I was impressed with his crews attention to every detail including clean up after recently painting my home. The most impressive part was Mark coming over (at no charge) and doing some touch up around my home after the recent hurricane blew a tree over and scuffed my newly painted walls. We were on a tight schedule for this job. Our estimator, Adam, was punctual, polite and took great pains to learn what we needed. Our job was done by two very competent and delightful young men. Sergio and Seraphim (sp?) completed our condo at lightning speed. Throughout the entire job, they were pleasant, always smiling, and worked efficiently. We are delighted with the outcome. Would we use Premium Painters again? Yes, absolutely.

Im happily writing this review for Premium Painters. From power washing my roof to painting the house, the team was friendly, timely, and very thorough. They demonstrated the highest of customer service when, toward the end of the project, I asked for additional work....without hesitation their answer was, "Yes," even though the added work was not a part of the initial agrrement. I will use Premium Painters again.
