First let me say that work that was completed was good work, the two woman that were working were kind and thoughtful. However there isnt enough painters and seriously under staffed. Rodney, the owner and president, clearly struggles with customer service. He committed to us that he would have our project done in 3 days. Then because he was behind on other jobs he started ours a day late. In the end it took 5 days to complete this job. When one of his painters called out he had no others...no even himself...to replace to get the job done as committed. When i asked him, all he could says was "this is how construction goes." Not once did he offer a discount on the work and instead blamed us for the colors that we choose and how many coats they had to put on. By the way, they had all the colors and came out to the house twice to be sure they had it all right before giving us our quote. In the end, i just asked him to be fair in his final decision and make us feel like our project really matters to him and his company. What I got in the mail was a thank you card, a normal $250 coupon off my next project with him and a $50 referral coupon...all of which went into the trash. I built a house in a brand new community with over 120 homes going in and neighbors asking for referrals. This guy is great to your face but as soon as he has your money all you are is another number. I will not be passing his number on to any of my family, friends or neighbors.

Armor Guard was a great company to work with on my home remodeling project. Tim McNamara was sent to my home for the painting estimate. He was on time, listened, answered all of my questions and was by far the most professional of all the contractors I have met during my home improvement project. Of the 6 companies I hired during the project, Armor Guard was the only company to contact me to check on the status of the job. They were the only company that arrived on time and on all the days they were scheduled to be at the house. Armor Guards priority was to provide quality work. Armor Guard worked with me, not for me! I would highly recommend this company for any and all painting needs!
