If I could give you lower than the one I would. I called prior to coming to see if I could be fitted in for a haircut they told me yes. There were only two customers in the salon. I arrived two hours before they closed and the person that was standing right in front of me that I requested turned me away because "she would not have enough time". Bad first impression for a customer thats never been there before. I dont give my business to places that make me feel like Im a bother to their long day. I was offered to make an appointment for the person standing right in front of me. Why would I do so if Im just getting out of work and thats the time I have available why turn me away and ask for me to come back when its convenient for you? I could understand if there was a lobby full of people or she had multiple people waiting but granted I was the only other person there for a haircut no color, nothing extra. Im a paying costumer doesnt that mean anything anymore? Never again will I give you another chance!

Ugh.. needed a haircut real bad, went in and they werent busy. The lady with the short red hair had me sit down and I told her I wanted my split ends cut off and my hair layered. She took me to get shampooed and she was distracted talking to her coworker and she moved kinda slow. She did the ends and put product in but she didnt layer it or blow dry it.. Ive never gone in a place where they didnt blow dry after. Didnt really feel like saying anything i wanted to get out of there. She seemed rude most the time even when I was just asking about their products. Not going back. Like my new spiral curl hair product though.

What a great day at the salon! Nikki and the staff are super friendly. Went in with blond highlight on my brown hair, came out with black with black cherry umbre. Just what I wanted! Super excited for this change. Nikki is great at color! Im always a challenge since I have SO much hair, but Nikki is always up for it. Long hair girls, she understands that taking a inch is only a inch and respects the amount of time it takes to grow it this long!

Just went in for a consultation for a cut a color and the lady in front was rude and told me it would be expensive assuming I dont have money. I turned around and said thank you and left. Never in my life have I been so offended. If she only knew Im a nurse at south lake hospital probably getting paid more than she was. So upset and sad part I was recommended by a patient. Never will come here again.

Ive only had my hair cut here from one of the stylists - Katie. Ive had nothing but a great experience here the 2 times I have been. All staff very friendly, especially Katie - makes getting a haircut seem like less of a chore. I can only speak for the quality of haircuts I have received from her - Top class, not a thing I could complain about. Thanks!

I would recommend this salon to everyone. Nikki is the greatest colorist. She had been doing my hair for years in Orlando so Im thrilled that she has now moved to Clermont. The salon itself is super nice and clean. Everyone is friendly and seem to really love what they do. You will not be disappointed.

I am very picky about who I let cut my hair and since moving to the area a year ago have been to a few salons that just didnt get it right. Then I found Nikki and I will never go anywhere again! She gets it right every time and it is always easy to schedule appointments with her.

Donna is by far the go to person!! She cut/styled my hair just like I asked for (I showed her pictures on my phone). Also, some salons the small talk is awkward, definitely not with her. And Ive gone to her more than once, so this is not just from one experience. (:

Just asked for a hair cut,was told wait would be 5/ 10 minutes. Lady came in right after me..she left after 20 minutes. I left after 23 minutes. There were 3/4 stylits working. Terrible. Will never go back
