There were very snobbish and I signed in with my mom at the same time. After they took her four people came in that were signed in on line, I understand that they go to the front of the line but when you took half of the people that came and signed in together they should have finished them then went to the others that signed on line. Ever since you have had sign in on line the service has gone way down. I understand also that it is the day before school starts and they waited to the last minute to get the kids hair cut also. I also understand you are working with the public and you really should not be rude to them. Also you should be up front when someone comes in to your shop for the first time as to how long it will be. Again when you are up next and then pushed back by 30 mins it is very frustrating when the person you are with is in the chair and just about done. So no I did not get my hair cut and basically I was told OH WELL YOUR LOSS. BEST CUTS YOU SUCK AND ARE VERY RUDE.

You can get in and out fast but dont know hes kind of getting a decent haircut or the same stylist huge turnover rate on employees
