I had a bad experience with Noggins. I went in one day for my daughters first hair cut and they looked at me like I was from outer space because I did not have an appointment. At that point, I was so alienized, I decided to go elsewhere. My daughter is very well-behaved and has been in salons with her mom all her life. She was about 2 at that point, but gave the lady who did her first cut no problems at all. I ended up going to Ocala. They were so rude, I would never dare step foot in there again.

I have been going here for more than 10 years and have found my experience to be excellent. Prior to finding Noggins I tried a dozen hair places and they could not get a simple cut right, but Tammy is able to consistently hit the target. Sometimes there can be a wait, but in the end patience pays dividends. Thank you for the years of great service and to many more to come.

I have been going here for yeaaarrrss!! Tammy, April, Holly and peaches are awesome!! its always a good time when you go in here!! and their prices arent through the roof...ii literally drive 45 minutes to get here bypassing several other places just to go see my girls!

I have been going to Noggins for over 10 yrs, always do their best to accomidate my schedule and always do an EXCELLENT job. I get MANY compliments on my hair color/style etc. If you are looking for a great hairstylist with great prices look no further.

I use to get my hair cut here until Shelly left. Everyone else is okay if you want to look like the rest of the hillbillys in Belleview.
