I have been bothered by my "double chin" for years. Last year, I went to a plastic surgeon for a consultation. He suggested a whole face lift. I didnt want to change my appearance, or look "pulled" Not to mention the outrageous cost. Recently, I had been seeing commercials on T.V. for Timeless Laser & Skin Care, so I made an appointment to see what they had to offer. Best decision ever!!! On June 1st, I had the Precision TX Laser Lift. I am so THRILLED with the results. Dr Christian and her staff are amazing. They explained the procedure, and what to expect, and answered all of my questions. They really made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Timeless Laser to anyone looking for any type of skin care. The only downside for me is, I live on the eastside, and its a 45 minute drive for me. Otherwise, I would definitely be a regular, and take advantage of all of their amazing services. I cant thank Dr Christian and her staff enough, loving my new, and improved look

I recently had the C02 laser resurfacing at Timeless with Dr. Christian, and I am thrilled with my results! I had my face, neck, chest and hands done. With minimal recovery time, you get a fantastic result! Dr. Christian and Annie (aesthetician) are thorough in explaining the procedure and providing you with all of the products you need for quick recovery. I have also had other procedures done at Timeless, such as Botox (great price), facials and eyebrow tint. You cannot beat the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Their prices on the Clarisonic, Avene line and Latisse are very competitive. The monthly newsletter is informative and offers a monthly special. A short consultation is all you need to find out what will work best for you. I would highly recommend Timeless Laser and Skin Care for any of your skin care needs.

I STRONGLY discourage anyone from going to Timeless Laser and Skin Care. Dr Stephanie Christian is not a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon and yet she uses tools and techniques from those specialties. I saw Dr. Christian for a laser procedure and am now permanently scarred on my face. After numerous consultations with Plastic Surgeons to see what can be done to undo the damage she caused, I am now resolved to needing a scar revision surgery to remove the scars. Dr. Christian should not be dabbling in specialties for which she is not trained or certified. She has a good bedside manner, which lulls one into feeling confident in her abilities, but is completely unqualified to be doing what she is doing. Take your skin care needs to a trained specialist in the field and save yourself from experiencing what I did with Dr. Christian.

Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences at Timeless Laser & Skin Care. Working with Dr. Stephanie Christian is such a pleasant experience. You can approach her with any issue or problem and she speaks to you respectfully and patiently. She is HONEST about your skin needs and will work within your BUDGET. The results are always excellent in the sense that improvements yield a more youthful look. I have also had a professional make-up session with the Mukha line of cosmetics and I they have been great for my face and skin without costing a fortune. Finally, the whole staff at Timeless Laser & Skin Care are terrific. They are attentive and helpful and provide outstanding service. I love Dr. Christians new office and location and Im happy to be able to continue receiving the best skin treatment in the Cleveland area.

I was approaching my 50th birthday and wanted to look more youthful, but most importantly, I didnt want to look fake or "worked on." Dr. Stefanie got that, and I look better than I have in a long time. First she got me on a skin care regimen she and Cindy designed specifically for my skin. Her Glytone products are fantastic and very reasonably priced. Then she did IPL for my brown spots from sun damage and Laser Genesis for my enlarged pores. My husband and my friends say my complexion looks much younger than it did a year ago. The pigment is even and the texture is much more smooth. Best of all, I simply look healthy and rested, not like "I had something done." Thanks, Dr. Stefanie.

Dr. Christian is truly amazing! Not only is she passionate in what she does; she approaches everyone with a kind spirit and actually listens to what you have to say. Additionally, she happens to be the best at what she does. She knows and understands how to tackle beauty problems from the root of the underlying problem, approaching it from a molecular and physiological standpoint. Allied to this, her staff is always willing to lend a helping hand in offering their input on various services and treatments appropriate to your specific needs. I would recommend her and her staff in a heartbeat, whatever your beauty needs may be!

I have been seeing Dr. Christian and her staff for many years. Her skin care knowledge is outstanding, her staff is very friendly and competent and the procedures I have done all gave me the delivered promise. I have had the Co2 Fractional Laser done and would highly recommend to anyone with aging issues. The medical grade products she carries have all worked very well for me.My latest procedure was microneedling, it was a very simple, painless procedure that will boost my collagen and it has minimal downtime.

Have been going to Timeless for several years. Initially I went to try and mitigate sun damage from a misguided childhood spent in the sun (when baby oil not sunscreen was the thing to use!!.) I was extremely happy with the results and continue to go to maintain a healthy glow. I have also used other offered aesthetic services and have only wonderful things to say about the professionalism of the staff and quality of the services. I fully intend to continue to be a Timeless client.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My Fiance and myself go here for peels and I have done laser. We wouldnt go anywhere else.
