I had went to fiesta salon in medina before, and had the worse haircut of my life; it actually made me never want to cut my hair ever again which was a few years ago. So I went in on sunday to great clips well it was time to get a cut. I had the best experience of my life. My hair looks great and she did everything I asked with skill!!! Thank you so much for helping me trust a stylist again, and I will for sure be coming back to great clips in medina on N court st.

The guy who cut my hair was more worried about everyone else to pay attention to what he was doing and cut my hair wrong and chopped a section off that I didnt know until a couple days later when I straightened my hair....so very upset never going back there again

Very bad customer service! I had finished a meeting with a client , stopped in to get a haircut before next client and was advised 5 to 10 minute wait , then 5 people walked in and were serviced before me then when 15 minutes had passed I had left. F-

Checked in online. Stylist friend comes in and even tho I was next to have hair cut she skipped me for her friend. Very rude to put customers off for friends. There is a reason there is a check in or wait process. Wont be back.
