DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place nearly ruined my wedding day. My whole bridal party (7 girls), myself, and mother in law came in on Friday, September 2, 2016 to have our hair and make up done. They rushed through everyones services. All seven of my bridesmaid along with my mother in law had to rush back to the hotel to fix their hair and make up before the ceremony. I had to ask the woman who did my hair to fix it four times. Finally I gave up so I could get out of there and have one of my friends fix everything. When I checked out I tipped $100 because I had no idea that everyone hated their hair and the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. I could not believe it. Bottom line, stay away!

So after numerous times going to get my hair done after they dyed my hair, messing it up, and making my hair fall out and still my hair is not the way it is supposed to be. I plan on going to another Salon yeah, they tried fixing there mistake I gave them 3times to fix it yet still it isnt fixed. I am not going to be going back to keep having my hair dyed. 3 weeks in a roll I went to them to get my hair fixed. I have been a loyal customer since 2010. And now I am going to someone else who can fix there mistake.

RIPPED OFF MY FAMILY.... I went to this place to get a gift certificate for my wife. Explained in great detail what services I needed. They provided me with the gift card and said that it would cover all of it. This was her Christmas gift. Well today she went to get those exact same services done and the bill was DOUBLE what they quoted me and said that there was nothing they could do. They are just lucky I wasnt with or we would have walked out. DONT waste you hard earned money on these CON artists!!!!

Love going into Legacy to see Jessica. Get appointment easily and the haircut is exactly what I want each time. These are wonderful people to be around for the short time Im there. Getting a shampoo after haircut is new for me and this is a pleasure. The only difficulty is Jessica has moved to their Middleburg Shop and its a longer trip.

I have avoided dyeing my hair because I thought I didnt have enough grey and I would lose the natural look. Legacy did a treatment which took out the few grey strands and brought life to my natural color. I am very happy with the results. My experience was "Above and Beyond", just like they promised. : )

Needed some hair products, so I decided to give Legacy a try. They helped me choose the right shampoo, conditioner, and even told me about a special that helped me save a nice little chunk of change. Its nice to know that some companies still care about customer service.

I have been seeing marchessa for a couple years now and she is always very knowledgeable about the products and the latest hair styles. I trust her so much that I cut off all my long hair for a shorter style and I couldnt be happier!
