Went in for a trim and layers and spent over 2 hours sitting in the chair literally just getting my hair combed repeatedly. The girl that cut my hair was spas like she was all over the place saying things that didnt even make sense she said she was sick maybe it was the antibiotics or some other drug she was on? I showed her of picture of how I wanted my hair and walked out with my hair looking not much different from how I walked in. At first I was telling her I anted it shorter and she would cut off less than an inch and then I would tell again shorter and it went on until I said it was fine because I just wanted her to finish already. I paid and left her a tip because I am not a mean person but definitely wish I would have paid for what I actually wanted and not spent two hours being combed before she would actually trim some.

Went in for trim and blend of a wedge cut that was over grown. She trimmed my bangs then washed and conditioned my hair. Took me back to chair and began cutting my baby fine hair with thinning shears! Next thing I know, one side has hardly any hair while the other has 3 clumps of thick hair. Needless to say, I am back to wearing short hair since Ms. Janice didnt listen to what I was asking for. So disappointed! When I started telling her I wasnt happy she called the manager over to say I didnt know what I was asking for and now I wanted a straight short cut. Not true!!! Been growing my hair out for months, just wanted wedge blended better in back! Then she tells me I thought you wanted it feathered! Will never go there again! My advice to you is dont let Janice cut your hair!

I told them I wanted the 18 dollar, shampoo and cut. Which she did, but then blow dried my hair which was an extra 12 dollars, I spent 30 dollars on something I didnt want.

Fast service, decent rate, gave me a good cut. Since she had never cut my hair before, thats a big plus. No mistakes and cut exactly as I asked. Will return.
