I went in there today, there was one customer that was getting his hair cut. The other person working there was on the phone, I went up to desk, she continued with her conversation. I looked around at merchandise for sale, she continued talking on phone. I finally went and sat down, looked at my watch and 10 minutes later left. She was still on the phone, she never acknowledged me being there. This is not the way you treat customers. I went across the street to Famous Hair was was treated great. P.S. I only gave one star because until you give at least one star you cannot finish this post.

Horrible! Kayla did my eye brows last week. I liked it,and her so booked a appt. To get my roots done this evening. I walked in 25mins early and she looked at me and said she wouldnt have time to we needed to reschedule! Wait what?? All I wanted was my roots done. And we set the 630pm appt. A week ago. Now your saying u dont have time? She was rude. Im calling the manager tomorrow morning!! U can keep your $5 coupon u gave me.

Walked in at 3:30 on a Monday and stood at the desk to be helped. 10 minutes went by and no one there acknowledged my existence. All three employees were helping customers, and if there was a wait or if they were booked solid I get it. But to receive no service or no ackowledgement at all in 10 minutes at any establishment is a bad business practice and I wont be going back.

Horrible dye is cheap as of today which I got my hair dyed a couple of days ago maybe 4 or 5 when I touch my hair the dye is going on my hands from the color in my hair I told this person I was with no I dont want to go to Best cuts so he said dont worry itll turn out great but didnt you sick best cuts learn to handle your products

They are always great with m 2 year old son, who loves to move away from the clippers. Everyone has always been patient with him. O love that I can call ahead and make an appointment, since I dont have a ton of free time and cannot afford to wait. And they actually cut you hair how you ask, no questions..

Fine work, but it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r for a highlight and cut... Its quite expensive for these services, and the quality is fine, but I really took much longer (as much as 3 times as long as I have had this same service done elsewhere). Stop if you have lots of time to burn.

I have been going there for 2/3 years now and Malachi always cuts my hair. He does an excellent job EVERY TIME! I followed him from his last shop and i am glad he choose Best Cuts. I wish they took call ahead appointments though.
