I had not had an overly bad experience with this salon like I did today. I waited patiently with four busy kids for my baby to have his first haircut. One by one the ladies finished with the customers before me, and one by one they cleaned their stations and left the room without servicing us. I can only imagine they didnt want to service the baby who was now grumpy. I walked out with no haircut.

I will start off with the staff is very nice. I was happy with my cut, but my daughter wanted a pixie cut. She had a photo with every angle of the cut. The lady looked at it 5 times and still butchered my daughters hair. She came home and cried. She doesnt want to leave the house . The only reason Im giving a 2 on the review was because I am satisfied with my hair.

Totally messed up my hair. I asked if the stylist could do a Bob cut, found out the hard way she couldnt. Now my hair has to completely grow out to have it done right. Never will i recommend this place.

This place should pay you to get your haircut. An hour to do a fade that came out so bad the lady called over another person to finish my hair and it came out so bad I came home and shaved my head
