If I could give no stars, I would...when you get your hair cut there are three things I look for. Get the right cut, get the right style, and listen to your customer (me) with courtesy...none of which i recieved. Had never been to this branch before, but was driving by to get groceries for a house party when I saw the salon. Walked in, no wait, and asked for a hair cut...not trim, a cut. Had picture in hand. Layered, edgy, angled bob. (Had no layered, longer bob) Got wash, style, and cut package....the wash took less than a minute with super hot water, left conditioner in for barely 30 sec. When I sat in her chair her certificate said, mgmt...so I was eased by thinking no worries here....wrong. When she supposidly cut my hair...it took only about 5 min...when she handed me the mirror I even said, (youre done?) I said I wanted it a little shorter and more razored layers...figured the explanation and photo wasnt enough of a description.....she proceeded to argue with me that is what she did...no, it wasnt. Razor didnt even come out of her drawer. And if she cut more it couldnt be and angled bob...no, i just dont think she knew how to cut it. I was not in the mood to drag it out any longer. Then she put mouse in, dried it (while nailing my head with her brush every time) and some powder junk to give the illusion of body (i have fine hair which made my head so itchy and gross I ended up rewashing when I got home), considering she couldnt do that with the cut. It turned out to be almost the same cut, but a bad 90s matrionly mushroom style. No shine or bounce. Got home and after rewashing, brushed out to find bad angles and miscuts...lots of area that didnt get touched (dead ends)....perfect in time for my party. Not like I can complain to mgmt? Waste of time and money....wont EVER go back....

Ive been getting my hair cuts here for 15 years. Seen many stylist come and go. Some not so good, most very good. My resent visit was very good. Stylist was kind, considerate, listened to what I wanted and asked my options during the cut. Did a great job. I hate getting haircuts. Im very pleased with the great cut and will continue to visit Best cuts in Lodi Ohio. I patronize local businesses and encourage others to do the same. Thank you Best cuts!

Just moved to Lodi from Medina and thought it would be OK taking my children to a chain place. The staff was very nice but I had to fix both their cuts when I got home and paid way more then I normally do at a place in Medina!
