Now I necessarily Do not blame great clips for my situation its the stylist who does the hair and she was very nice and polite and a charming lady however it sucks that I have to call around when I get my hair done just to ask if the stylists there know how to do ethnic hair after I have visited great clips. The woman who did my hair i really dont think she knew how to do my hair because it is so thick and curly she treated it like thinner hair. My hair was still partly wet when she flat ironed it and was very poofy. I gave it a second chance and went back but after the second time i said no more because when i washed my hair it felt soooo dry even when it was wet and conditioned. Mind you i have not put any chemicals on my hair at all and had virgin hair at the time. And when i blow dryed and flat ironed it myself it was soo frizzed out. I just wish more people would educate on how to do ethnic hair.

Im not ashamed to admit I regularly go to Great Clips at Chestnut Commons for my hair. They make it easy for me to get in and out without having to make an appointment. My schedule can be a bit erratic, and I dont have enough foresight or planning to commit to an appointment weeks in advance. But with these guys, you can go when it works for you. And even if you see someone other than your normal stylist, they still give you a good cut. If youre not a snob and need convenience appointments, give Great Clips a try.

Found out AFTER getting kids haircut that they dont accept a coupon on a phone if the old lady at the register cant scan it. Spoke with Kelly, she didnt care about losing a customer. Never been really thrilled with the poor haircuts there anyway. Hope this helps the next person selecting a place to get a haircut. Fantastic Sams is right across the street.

It sucked if I could rate it -5 stars that would be better they game me the lebron James hairline when we said finger length, they didnt cut off some of the hair on the side of my head and they cut my sideburns off when we told them 10 times not to so I wouldnt recommend this place, my experience SUCKED

Its probably out fault for going at eight at night when the close at nine but both hair cuts we got here were not great.. Typically we love this place but our last time there we were both very disappointed. They didnt do our cuts how we wanted and seemed to rush through them.

Its the only place I go. Never had a bad haircut they know how to treat you right I go out of my way to make sure I always go here.
