This beauty salon lacks customer service. No greeting when you walk in and you have to let them know of your presence. I came in with my daughter and son to get a hair cut. I have been going there for a year until yesterdays incident. It was such a waste of time having to sit there without any acknowledge- Ment. Rosie was done with a customer until she disappeared in the back and was left there without at least telling us she will be back or anything. We waited over 20 minutes, I went next door to Payless and to Dollar Tree and my daughter stayed behind to have her hair done first. I got back and she was still waiting and the other stylist did not say anything and completely ignored us. My daughter was so distraught that she left crying from the salon. I went inside and told the stylist that was poor customer service and that I will never go back there again and spend my hard working money with people that dont care about their customers. Who ever reads this. We do not want to be treated unfairly and spend money where we are not acknowledged. I am glad that I wont be coming back because another thing about this stylist Rosie, is that she talks way too much and takes too long cutting hair. If I can give this salon a zero star, I would.

I went to a salon across the street from Supercuts. My hair was very long, mostly split ends, and I wanted about 6 inches cut off, to get rid of them, and layers. The entire 30 minutes in that chair was pure he**!! She did my hair dry, raking through from top to bottom, not pausing to work through the knots. (My head still hurts over 24 hours later.) And I walked out without any noticeable layers. So I went to Supercuts today, explained what happened, and she fixed my hair! She was so gentle I almost fell asleep and the layers she put in were done beautifully! Thank you!! I will definitely be back!! :))

Yes they are usually busy, its because they do an awesome hair cut, I have waited an hour, for a 12 min mans cut. And yes I could go across the street To Great Clips and get right in, which I have and gotten scalped...twice. So, You want a good haircut plan your time. It is a lot of first come first serve, you leave and miss your turn too bad too sad. Go across the street and take your chances. Think about it go to a resturant, no ones there... then one thats standing room only... in police work thats called a clue! Same applies here.

This place has the most rudest customer service. I needed a haircut but I waited for almost 30 minutes . Another person came and took them in within a minute. I was so disappointed. I will never go back there again. I also like to say that Rosie, one of the stylist there, has slipped in hair products in my bag without me knowing! I wouldnt even buy it and Rosie charges me more . She is very slick and whoever reads this, please please please do not go here!! Worst service ever!!! It is not worth your money!!

I came here to get a haircut about 45 minutes before closing. (Yes I know this was bad timing, it gets worse though.) I walked up to the door and it was locked, there was two employees and they looked at me while I knocked, and then looked away. The next day I came back, much earlier in the day. People that came in without an appointment were taken before me, and then I was told she probably would not be able to get to my haircut. My overall take home is, bad service. Dont go here.

Called to make an appointment. Phone rang at least 12 times and no one answered. I made an appointment on line for 12:30 pm. When I got there I was told they do not take on line appointments. I told them I had called and no one answered. The manager, "Rosie", told me they answer all phone calls. I guess she called me a liar and I left!! Will not return

Sent my husband here for a basic mens cut. He checked in, they said it would be about 30 min. He ran to Walmart for 10-15 min. Came back. No one said a word or acknowledged him. They started taking people that were there after him. He waited ANOTHER 30 min. He left and went across the street to Great Clips. They greeted him promptly and cut his hair great.

Absolutely awful!!!! I will never go there again. I asked for them to trim my hair. No more than a inch and a half and they cut about 3-4 inches off my hair!!! And its not an even cut. I am very displeased with the service. You just dont cut how much hair you want to. You respect your customers!!!!!!

Normally this is a good place but being Sunday and knowing it closed at 5:00 I showed up at 4:25 only to find the door locked, the beauticians was inside with a couple of her kids and she walked over to the door saying, "sorry, were closed",,, guess she got her quota for the day...

Made a reservation online for 4:15pm. They were still taking people ahead of us. We just left! Terrible. Then they told us they do not take online reservation, but their website does. Dont go to this place. They had a big sign saying "Avoid wait time, make reservations online."

Worst haircut I have ever gotten... The girl basically didnt listen to me.. And wasnt concerned with customer service at all. Not sure her name and hate to mess it up for the others that work there but I wont go back.

Walked in and waited 10 min to be welcomed by the staff then had to wait as 2 employees were cutting hair and the 3rd was doing nothing while 5 people waited for cuts.... Never again!
