Worst costumer service Ive ever had. I have been many times to Elemis Spa at Merrick Park but this will be my last. I had an massage scheduled with a specifix therapist. When I arrived a different therapist greeted me and when I asked what had happened with the therapist I was scheduled with she casually answered "she is giving a facial" afterwards the massage had no pressure, it was a Swedish massage but it was more of a light caress than anythinf and when I asked the therapist for more pressure pls shwe said she couldnt bcs of her hands and arms. While i was waiting in the lounge when I first arrived, two women where having a conversation and one of them was conplaining how she did not like her treatment bcs she didnt feel anything during her massage and when she asked for more pressure her therapist said not bcs of her hands and arms which means i was placed with the same person this women was complaining about before me. I ended the appointment early and asked for manager at front desk. Both girls at front desk said the manager was not in. When i asked when would she be in they both said they didnt know, so i sarcastly commented well how is it possible you dont know when she will be back, their answer "she walks out and says ill be back later, so we dont know". The manager called me an hour later and explained she actually was in but was in a meeting. I proceded to tell her about the massage and the last minute change of therapist without warning, an apology or even letting me know beforehand... her answer was "well even if you where scheduled and confirmed with a specific therapist for your treatment if someone else requests her then we dont need to let you know about the change" i was surprised by her answer and told her that it was not acceptable to have such bad costumer service overall and she said "well if people are happy they willcome back to the spa if not they wont" I work in the costumer service industry and her answer shocked me, she was so rude and could have cared less, no wonder the spa has gone downhill. With this manager running things it is no surprise the 2 women at the lounge complained to each other and said they would not be coming back any time soon... and i definitely never will either. If you are planning to boom a service with elemis merrick park ask if Raluca Iftime is still the manager there, if so save yourself a bad experience, dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SKIN AND THE MANAGER, LESLIE, COULD NOT BE LESS PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! At 30, I made the decision to start investing time and money into my skin. I chose this spa because I have had good experiences with other Elemis spas. When I booked my appointment, I told the receptionist that I needed a skin evaluation before my facial because I wasnt sure what type of skin care I needed. I repeated this request before my facial. During the facial my skin was burning and I told the facialist several times; she ignored my complaints. At the end of the service my skin was very red; she told me this was normal and that I should buy a $50 product to help calm it down. In the hours/days after the facial, my skin grew increasingly raw and began to break out in tiny whiteheads from what appeared to be a reaction to bacteria from the facial. When I called to complain to the spa manager, Leslie, she asked me to send her photos, as if I had fabricated this horrendous reaction. I, in fact, did send her photos and asked if she could recommend anything that would calm my skin before an event that I had coming up. I told her that I was embarassed to go to work with the condition my skin was in. I was near tears at the time. I also asked to be refunded for the entire service. I never heard back from Leslie and was only refunded for the $155 facial and not the $30 gratuity (20% of the service) or the $50 product that I bought at the recomedation of her employee in an effort to undo the damage that she created on my skin. Its been 3 weeks and I am still trying to get my skin back to the condition it was in BEFORE I dumped $240 and 2 hrs of my time at Elemis Spa. I could not be more dissapointed and I feel like I was taken advantage of. The sad thing is, I wanted to start going there on a regular basis....they lost a potential long-term customer.

I had gone to this spa two times before and the service was really good, but last week made an appointment for a massage and after confirming the appointment, I received a call asking if I could go at another time but I couldnt, I wanted my appointment as I had scheduled it. One hour before my appointment, I received another call saying I was late" for my appointment. I explained that my appointment was at 6 and not 5pm as they were saying; however the gentleman (very unprofessional) told me that someone else was schedule for that time and already waiting to have his massage (Apparently, there was only one person) and I had to be reschedule for another day. I asked for a discount or special treatment due to the inconvenience, but the gentleman (one again, very disrespectful) told me the manager wasnt at the store and he couldnt do anything for me. I tried to contact the manager, but it has been impossible.

I had the trienzyme facial done at the Elemis Spa at Merrick Park in early August. The facialist was wonderful. She diagnosed my skin and assured me that the products she was recommending were exactly what my skin needed to deal with my issue of acne and wrinkles. I purchased the recommended products, which totaled close to $500. My skin got far worse and I called the spa two weeks later. I was told that a new skincare routine needs time to work and that my skin is just adjusting. My skin continued to get worse. When I called to say I would like to return the products, I was told they needed to be unopened or returned within 2 weeks. I am contacting the co-founder and managing director, Noella Gabriel, in London with an account of this situation. It must be said that I am an oncology practitioner and have access to many pharmaceutical brands.

I paid for a 50 minute deep tissue massage because my neck and shoulders were in a lot of pain...I got a massage that was not deep tissue!!! I got a Swedish massage that concentrated more from my waist down, which are tension areas and need massaging from time to time, but I truly needed my neck and back to be worked on. This is my second time there and I have had many deep tissue massages in the past and never like this one. At the end of the session, my therapist kindly reminded me that he had given me a deep tissue massage and ended with light massage. I paid for the massage and paid the tip because after all a service was provided, but this is my last time at Elemis. Beautiful spa, but not coming there again! Going back to European Day Spa in Broward.

Terrible service! Old outdated spa. . Clueless staff who dont know the names, prices or details of the services offered by the spa. Extremely overpriced for the actual quality of the spa. No sauna no Pool - nothing. Its basic to the say the least. With all the amazing options for spas with quality products and staff, go somewhere Else and save yourself a disappointing experience
